Guys help me out a bit?

If international votes are applicable how is it going to be charged? And if it is free, why would people send votes via texts at all?

Also, I'm not sure how to vote internationally, would be glad if someone came through to help.

P.S I checked the first page of the AT.

International voters can only vote online via their mail accounts like gmail , yahoo etc ON the colours site . The cost would be what you pay for your intent connection ...

Voters can India can send votes via SMS which cost 3 rs per SMS ...
