I did Google research on how long it takes for a rib bruise to heal

It seems in most cases it's 3-4 weeks... You're supposed to take rest and not engage in activities like sports
Sometimes minor injuries, it's 2 weeks, but some complained pain came back later...

Some people here in the forum who have experienced it also said the same thing, it took them 4 weeks and pain was intense but they never had to do any intense activities I guess

Ok guys one more page! We can do this! Umm...what should I ask? Let's see...
I am thinking that Sanaya and Jai are sad because of the bias and partiality of some judges. If this is the case, I am not sad at all. Because it's their fault, not Sanaya or Jai's. And after Saturday's episode, I think this is the case...

But this rangeela is getting on my nerves now.
They very well know Sanz is trp earner for them and so they give her dance as coming up and they make us wait...

Depends on the type of injury yar. If its j6st a strain, it will pain acutely but recovery will be fast, say 2 to 3 weeks. I heard some people saying how come she is not resting the entire 3 weeks. Not compulsory unless its a fracture. The rest can heal with anti inflammatory drugs n stuff. I guess in Sanaya's case it was a strain.

I had a knee ligament tear(more serious than a strain) and the orthopaedician knew i couldnt/wouldn't rest, so he stepped up the steroids and i resumed my usual schedule..

Steroids have anti-inflammatory action. And, they are first line of treatment in many scenarios. Steroids aren't necessarily bad in every case as the lay man is lead to believe.
