We really shouldn't be talking abt this here.. as its against the rules.. so I am keeping this very generic as a response so as not to pin point on one single post of this forum alone.

ya there were a couple of strong attacks - but think of it this way, you are brand new to the forum..
And the first post u make is one like this?

This place is filled with MIDs and everyone assumes a newbie who has no other history to back them to be a MID.. and react accordingly due to past experience..

And second thing.
If you post an opinion on a forum, u should be ready to have both agreement to that as well as disagreement to that.
You cannot cry wolf just because many others seem to have a different opinion and have responded saying so..

I have said this many times before in other forums also.
Forums are not fan clubs, that I agree, BUT at the same time - that doesn't mean just cz one has a negative opinion and has posted on it, everyone else should keep quiet instead of replying!
What about those people who have a different POV genuinely? They should reply and say that too right as long as u don't say bad things about the person who posted and just have a dispute on the content of the post?

So nope. If u take the responsibility of making your opinion known u should be prepared to take agreements and disagreements both in the same way.. If the disagreements outweigh the agreements, u might feel bad.. but then what can the other people do also? Lie and say they agree just to cater to ur fragile feelings? I think not..

Example
I can make a post on how Dhoni as Captain was the reason for the last series loss in BD.. And just cz someone else says it doesn't make sense and it was Virat's fault as he didn't support him enough instead that doesn't mean either I or my opinion was bashed..
(as I said I am keeping this very generic)

I hope u understand what I mean.
