kids didn't show enough variety, what I mean is in different concepts and dance forms, they did Salsa and lifts in nearly all their routines, as a result it became boring...lifts were the wow factor for them but these lifts broke the rules of latin dancing competition standard, in competition you are allowed a maximum of two lifts only, but them despite being told again and again, continued in the same vein, for people watching at home it also showed the advantage they had to the other couples where she was extremely light and for Shumant it was easier for him to be lifting her continuously, the other couples this is not possible the weight being an issue, as a result people at home noticed this advantage to adults and recognised kids should not be competing with adults because of said advantage and didn't vote for them. If teenage girls and adults without kids voted for the eventual winner and only small kids and parents voted for Shonali and Sumant, they must have realised that the advantage as I've stated was unfair and that these kids should be in the Olympics representing the country or in a Salsa tournament only that's why they didn't vote more for them to win.
This competition should not allow kids to take part in it, because look at what happened Sonali fainted because of so much tension and hope dashed in an instant, she thought she was going to win poor child, they should be competing with kids their own age.
