I fail to understand even if they would have been in a live in relationship as the title (intentionally or unintentionally) suggests, how does that matter anyway to anyone apart from them and their families??

There is an article about how no one would give her a place as she was a single foreigner and Punit's family took her in until she found herself a place.

Even if that wasn't the truth, what's the big deal? They already showed on the last epi how she interacts w Punit's mom and thinks of her as her own mom.

And even if that wasn't true, her living arrangements are not a reflection of her performances.
