30 for ring acrobatics?

Finally I saw the much talked last week's performance of the much hyped celebrity. Do I even need to take her name here? 😛

So it's Dhami. Yes you guessed it right! the performance started on land with Drashti-Salman being cheeky hitting on each other's head and then it took to the ring, until it became residence for the rest of their performance 😆. There were some formidable stunts applied in the act which apparently were featured by Sallu sahb in his previous performances of his past dance history. Drashti was busy in pulling her legs apart and then joining them with fearful eyes just to call it a dance, which was futile to even say. In all these stunts the actual concept of the performance was smudged somewhere. Brother- sister relation act, was it? Dance should speak for itself, it shouldn't result in something which viewers couldn't figure out until they are told what the concept was about. The latter stuck in DD's performance. Those ring acrobats couldn't phrase themselves to even tell what was it all about. It it wasn't for Manish giving the slight hint of the concept of her performance at the beginning, I bet none would have been able to make out what it was all about.

Then, there she landed on the floor for some split seconds which was a total turn-off, and she made me feel she was better off on the ring with frisking her legs to and fro. I'm not going to talk about her expressions, thank god, there was not enough of camera zooming to her face while she was performing, cause only the slight minute expressions of her face had me puking. 😆.

So to summarize it, just because you do some kind of acrobats with a ring that constantly swings, it doesn't get worthy of 30. The judges had their jaws dropping at her feats, but what about the other elements of dance? It was totally biased.

And for Salman, he had disappointed me to no ends.

P.S. All DDians just because I went with my principle of "honesty is the best policy", you don't need to throw those daggers at me.😛

And judging all the aerial acts of this season, Drashti and Salman's act was far better than the rest. Discipline-wise and aesthetically too.

My POV.

As for 30, Madhubala bani Circus queen from Zeenat Aman, of course she will get that.. But I couldnt understand how its a bro sis act..

As an act, I liked it honestly.. But not worthy of 30 as there ws so very lil of dancing ..

For the first line, when did I say it isn't 😆 drawing your own assumptions are you?

My main concern was the concept wasn't clear, the dance was haphazardly choreographed.

Salman is lacking creativity, his ineptitude is reflecting his performances.

Bold- That is what I had raised as an issue.

Kjo's expressions were as if he was being entertained with two monkeys on stage 😆

He was excited to be the ring master 😆
