With ak hooked in death blames and loss of kids she chose a road sider as pati and a kid is there with them. None questioned whether it's ak own kid or nav ka apna bacha whom ak took care. But it's told manish saw kid when in young. How come he misunderstood a months baby with an year baby or how come everyone was blind to think the one who can't conceive kid can lose kids and immediately gave one kid to nav. Bold: about this part. As far as I remember, Ak only got that diagnose few days (or was it months?) before. That was only due to physical trauma, unlike inherent like Ab. She got hit by a bike I think and in the accident, her uterus got the impact which resulted in physical trauma. Since she already got pregnant once despite doctor saying she'll likely not conceive, it's not odd for people to assume she could again and too immediately. Unlike Ab, it's not in her genetics to have hard time conceiving.
