Shweta is intentionally or unintentionally being screwed over because she's a huge competitor and the face of a rival channel, Sony!
But like i said earlier, shweta must put her foot down.. she has star power.. colors would not want to let go of her easily.. she should demand better..
and she is extremely sharp and smart, senior in industry to know how all of this works
