Omg... I wonder wats d problem wid all dese ppl sayin Shakti was wrong when she sed she was little trained in contemporary... Luk... I am a Bharathanatyam dancer trained for 14 long yrs... Dat doesnt mean I hve mastered d form... Still I am a learner.. In front of an international choreographer lyk Maksim she cant say she has fully mastered d contemporary form.. Above all, she has trained oly in Indian contemporary.. If at all she had told dat den d topic wud hve been diff.. Shakti boasts of herself.. Fyi She has nvr disagreed 2 d fact dat she s trained... Jes stop it ppl.. Yes am a Shakti fan.. Bt apart 4m dat I am an artist too.. Nvr hve I seen danseuses lyk Padma Subramaniam or Shobana saying dat dey r d masters of deir dance forms.. So I request ppl to stop bashin Shakti quotin dis instance... 😡😡

She was a part of terence Lewis Academy for years..you do not just be part of such a prestigious institute and be 'just a little bit trained'..plus she was under Terence Sir in DID too and didnt she go abroad to learn dance as well?
