we were/are fighting for this from at least 4 seasons now ...I actually thought it was just the old format,.But this season Remo has clearly mentioned that ..😕..

Then what the heck they are doing with trained dancers... Sushant,Isha,Lauren,shakti ,TJ etc... These are more experienced than most of the choreographers in the show it self... Do these participents know that they can never win ..?

May be they are taking trained dancers to raise the bar of the show ..Its really sad that ppl are voting for their favorites expecting them to win .. poor fans ... If the trained dancers cant win then they shouldnt be there in the show ... Any contest should be fair for everyone ..and anyone who can deliver outstanding performance week after week + who can win people heart and get maximum nos of votes ...should be able to win the trophy regardless of their background...

I am pretty sure they(the pros participating) know they are not going to win beforehand..they participate to get exposure--interaction with Bwood celebes, the judges,publicity which all increases their popularity plus you get a ton of money too

But I agree with you on trained dancers not being there if they wont win..they should have a season full of pros like Shakti,Lauren,TJ and have them compete with each other..all will be of same level and expertise

I agree with you, the main reason for the trained professionals to come on this show is the exposure they get. Even in many interview shakti told that she was already a part of dance competition before and she doesn't see jhalak as a competition for a platform to showcase her skills and gain love and respect. She herself said winning is not important. Even if you see last few seasons be it sushant or lauren and many others who did not win became very successful post this show. Hope Shakti and TJ get noticed and get better opportunities in future. I really liked your idea of have a competition between all these trained dancers. Something like winners vs runner up, something like this is done on star plus and DID

Now how glorious would that be!!!! Like a feast for the dance enthusiasts. This is one brilliant idea. And some popular choreos like Punit and Salman should come in as contestants. Castles in the air don't cost nothing. And while we are at it, the unnecessary elements should be done away with... Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa -Dancing with the Pros!

Yeah!! There would be no need for choreos (except maybe for Shakti since she doesnt enjoy choregraphing) so they could all battle it out with their own acts!

@handlessthakur : that would be the most amazing nd entertaining show...so much brilliant performances on one stage...
disagree on shakti...competition should be equal..nd self choreography would make it much more wonderful nd who knows easy to judge!!!
bt we cant expect such thing frm colors

Thats a nicce idea ..but then it should be a different show .. Specially Starplus should try this concept as they hardly produced any successful dancing show in recent past ... (Though i enjoyed just dance)
