Sreesanth finds Chechi on Jhalak

Mumbai: Aanchal Khurana, who plays Charu in Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, will soon be seen back in the show, in an all-new glamorous avatar, inspired by Priyanka Chopra.

A source says, "The actress, previously seen as a simple and traditional girl, will now be shown with a new, flamboyant and modern look. This will definitely add another dimension to her character. Apart from her looks, the audience will be up for another surprise " which will be that of Charu's surprisingly nice behavior towards Mayank (Ankit Gera). She does not show any signs of animosity towards him and that too, when she has all the power to do so as she is his boss now," a source from the production team reveals.

When we quizzed Aanchal about it, she said, "More than the overall look, it's the change in the attitude that is sexy. Adding to that, Charu's changed behaviour will add an element of mystery! Whether she has some agenda on her mind, only time will tell."

A little birdie from the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, tells us that the show witnessed an emotional moment recently when celebrity guest Vidya Balan was addressed as "chechi" (elder sister in Malayalam) by former cricketer Sreesanth, who is a participant this season.

"Vidya appreciated Sree's performance that depicted the relationship between a brother and sister. Overwhelmed by Vidya's comments, he responded by addressing her as chechi. That became the highlight of the show," our source shared.
