Depends on what pretext you made that statement, wasn't there to make a judgement.

Once a friend called me over confident driver while changing lanes on freeway , saying its fatal, is fine no bashing or if someone tells me I lacked confidence during a presentation, perfectly, fine thats no bashing. If someone tells (hypothetical) ...I have small eyes due to heridetry disorder and thats the reason cann't make the right judgement while changing lanes might get killed some day... even though having no accident history for past 10-12 years ..now thats bashing. BTW you frequent all sections in IF have you heard what Bappi Da had to say for one of his fav. contestant " she was over-confident" do you consider that bashing?? well all said I think being over confident is better then being called loud mouth.. no more justification here. Thanks!

Being called over confident is hardly bashing.... it is merely remarking what one observed by anothers conduct, on screen.

It's quite amusing to see the intellectual gymastics some seething Shveta fans ....sorry, let me phrase it better 😆 ...seething fans of Shveta Salve have resorted to, just to run down someone who won over their favourite.

Face it, guys. Mona won by popular vote. How long can one go bashing her for it? Shveta's unceremonious ouster was bad; go blame Sony for it. Don't displace (to use an intellectually gymanstic term 😉 )

The plain Jane Jassi of Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahiin is all set to take over as the brand ambassador for the channel. She is said to have signed an exclusive 13-month contract with them for a whopping amount of money , running into crores. Mona, Sony's darling Mona has maintained a pleasant, symbiotic relationship with the channel right from the onset. Even at the height of her popularity as Jassi, she agreed to compere a beauty contest for the channel. More recently, Mona participated in, and won Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, a dance show on Sony. She also agreed to host a yet-to-be launched reality show, Extreme Makeover. And all this while declining offers from other channels rather vehemently. The reasons for Sony to rope Mona in as its face are simple. The channel seems to be going through a bad phase. Most of the gambles that the channel played did not pay off, and most of its primetime shows are registering low TRPs. Not just that, even newly launched shows are being scrapped. Mona, whose Jassi… had earlier catapulted Sony to the big league, is being banked on to salvage the channel one more time. Her reality show Extreme Makeover is eagerly awaited. Mona says, "Sony has given me everything that I have today. Naturally, I signed the contract with them. I will be the face of the channel for the next 13 months and I will be present at most of the channel events." The actress further says, "After Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahiin, negotiations have been going on about this. But there have been a lot of changes in the top management, so the contract took a backseat. In between, I was busy with Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and did not get time. Recently, I had a meeting with the channel and I signed it." Mona chooses to remain tight-lipped about the exact amount she is making in the process. She says, evasively, "After doing Jassi…, I am totally exhausted and am in no mood to take up any more dailies. The reality-show genre is more exciting. Soon, I will begin shooting for Extreme Makeover. However, sources reveal that she will make a cool Rs 2.7 crore plus variable pay from this new deal.

She has already been shooting for it, in case you didnt know; and do you REALLY want me to list all that she has done in the past year?

1. Starred in a music video for THE Lata Mangeshkar

2. Hosted and danced for a tour spanning 2 months in the US and Canada

3. Was the only TV star to perform at the Bollywood awards in New York

4. Endorsed brands such as Godrej and Malani Jewellers, and appeared for a number of charitable causes which she did not talk about, and about which we came to know only when the press clips were released.

5. Was offered NB for the second consecutive year and turned it down

And ummm......Shveta made her exit from LRL long ago right? And last I heard, the other serial she was doing "Thodi si zameen"..... went off air because of low TRPs.
