They do it a lot in sports especially college basketball...😊 There are always some upsets though, aka a 'cinderella' team making it to the quarter or semifinals. In sports, its awesome seeing the underdog win sometimes. 😆 But not really in talent hunts like II, SRGMP. JDJ and Nach Baliye are more about entertainment and less finding the best talent IMO.

I can see why Ajay wanted to support Mona. He's a former cricketer and rooting for the underdog is a big thing in sports and sports flicks like 'Lagaan', 'Dodgeball' etc...

Reality shows are really big in India.

This is very sad!! Many a times the betting becomes the basis behind the final decision!!!!
