you can use the same 10 ids next week..
its just that you cant use the same id more than ten times for voting for someone for the same day..
like .. uh .. u cant vote for anki more than ten times using the same id today .. after 10 times u have to change .. bcuz the jdj website stops sending you the confirmation email..

and its not cheating if they allow it 😳 if they were obsessed by this chetaing thing then they'd only let 10 votes per ip address 😛

Disgusting. We have those who propose cheating and those who do and then defend cheating.

You know it is cheating. You understand the scarcity of resources which would keep them from putting a kind of system you are talking about in place. It will also not be 100% proof, if someone is hell bent upon to cheat.

It is one's integrity that comes in picture then. Apparently, not everyone has it.
