I am sorry I had to re post this...as obviously people are missing the point here....

Oh Lord.....this is not a second grade birthday party that if you are not enjoying just leave....contracts are involved....people sign on dotted lines. There is legality involved here.....people just can't pack up and leave....law suits would follow and God knows Jhalak does not need more drama...they are apt at creating drama as it is!

Accepting that the person is ashamed of staying in the show insted of being the lowest scorer does not involve any legal contracts.

But see what he says shamelessly "If I win then I dont care about anything else"......yaar thodi to sharm honi chahiye na you say you want to win but atleast think that are you deserving enough? If not then atleast show that ur guilty! But he is like agar galti bhi karunga to shaan se and my followers will call me 'honest' for doing that shaanful (n shameful) mistake!

if someone gets high marks they dont say i didnt write so well dont give me high marks the other student deserves it...we just feel happy that we got high marks...everyone is working hard...but only some succeed in life...its life not an ideal world!!! Grow up..!!! As far as I am concerned Karan has don nothing wrong he is following hte format of the show to the T why shud he b embarrassed , guilty...hes done nthg wrong!!!

The same format helped Gauhar get back..helped Baichung get into finals...so stop bullsh*ting abt Karan flng guilty or shud walk off....He shud do neither he shud just win the show...!!!

I have to get going so I am gonna keep it short and simple....they topic and all of this discussion was about him leaving....some of you said he is shameless and not leaving...now when I give you the reason...you have other objections that are unrelated to the topic. I reason that this is never ending so before I get late to my appointment I am gonna get going and leave the bickering to you guys.

u really have a lot of hatred in u dont u? i thought at a point of time that u r only upset because of the dance aspect. but i was wrong.. u basically hate karan and spread that hatred all around..
i cant mince words my girl, so lemme tell u quite frankly, wherever u post, all that u show is the blind hatred u have for a person.. so u arent anybody to talk about blind love.. its any day better than what u throw around

Do you know Mir Ranjan Negi? If yes then you'll be knowing that Chak De India was made on him....Now Obviously everyone knows he is such a great person.

Now my point is...The situation in which Karan is now.....The same situation was of Mir Ranjan Negi last year in Jhalak......He went till Top 4....He even protested against the whole scene where everyone said that he cannot dance and still reached the Top 4. A special VT was shown for him. Now why dint he walked out? He was a sensible man with Self respect, Dignity and everything a Gentleman should have.

Answer is :
1. Nobody signs the deal to withdraw one day when you see that you have 50% chances of winning the show...for which the channel approached you seeing your popularity for a Dance reality show of Non Dancers with Public Voting.

2. Once a deal is signed...there are legal matters to deal with.

3. Also Sony cannot lose the person who has the major contribution to the TRP's.

Now now now.....dont start saying.... "Dont compare Karan with Mir Ranjan Negi"......Im not ...Im just giving an example as to why Karan cant opt out.
