also I thought Rithvik's performance yesterday was brilliant...It at least deserved a 27! but no when it comes to others judges will see each and every move and cut marks even if single lift wasn't flawless but they ignore everything for Isha Salman...I just don't want them to win...because in my opinion..they never actually DANCED on this show and JDJ is all about dancing... all they have done till now is acts...gymnastics..acrobatics...none of their performances has touched my heart...

I am doing good - work has been keeping me damn busy so I am not getting much time to drop by I-F. Sometimes, when I feel inclined enough, I drop by JDJ forum during weekends and post my two cents. Today was the LIMIT of my patience with respect to Isha-Salman, so here I am 😆.

Coming to your post, I concur with each and every word you've said. I too thought that Rithvik was almost flawless yesterday, I was SHOCKED when I saw the judges giving him 8 😕. THAT performance deserved at least a 9. His performance today left me disappointed though, basically the concept let them down but what is commendable is that at least they TRIED something new and took a RISK. When have Salman-Isha EVER done that? And by risk, I don't mean the dangerous aerial STUNTS they did- that is NOT the kind of risk I am talking about here.

I agree that Isha has shown good command when it comes to Latin American/contemporary but then again, those kind of dance forms are in her zone, as in the training that Isha's had aids her quite a lot while performing such dances, because they are mostly about getting the postures right . But I have observed that her footwork was a little off when she has attempted dance forms like Afro-jazz - I distinctly remember Remo pointing out the same thing. I feel that either Isha or Salman are trying to play safe , they don't want Isha's weaknesses to be exposed. However, I'd be GLAD if I am proved wrong with a solid classical/semi-classical/hip-hop/Popping-Locking or the like, from Isha , for I hold nothing personal against her.
