Pinakin has been told the truth about Nandini's illness – that she has very little time to live. He is completely shattered and doesn't know how to react.
But he promises one thing – he will definitely try to give Nandini as much happiness as is possible in the short span of time that she has. Dharmesh senses something amiss. Meanwhile, Sudha accidentally finds Nandini's medical reports.
She is stunned to see them. she cannot take this any longer and has to know the truth… She goes to meet Pankaj Kumar.
