COURT
The episode starts with judge saying: the court will have to give the final decision. But before that I want to hear the final statements of defence and prosecution lawyers!
Everyone is shocked and waiting for the killing final verdict of judge! Only three people are smiling – mallika,Aryan and thakraal!!!!
Indira quietly says:yes your honour!
Judge:Mr.thakral! you may proceed!
Thakraal: your honour!the case was the murder case of jassi and Jessica killed jassi! On the other hand defence lawyer said that jessica is none other than jassi!I said ok,prove it! So she insulted my client mallika in this court!I am shocked for that ! and nothing could be proved your honour! This is a clear case of murder! your honour! That's all your honour!
Jassi is crying now!!!!
Indira says: I was fighting for that truth which is in front of everyone, but no one is ready to se it! Jassi is a simple, and innocent girl, a girl whom anybody can love! This love was my inspiration to fight for her! but,probably I was fighting for that truth which no one can prove!it was not only love for someone and it was not only a sabotage of someone for which jassi had to become Jessica!it was jassi's own self-respect!!!!there are some things in this world which are true but if we cannot prove them,do they become false, you honour?? I don't want to say anything more!!!!( her voice is cracking !!!!!) that's all your honour!
Jassi is crying!!!!!
Judge: court will give the final verdict on Jessica bedi case tomorrow!!!

Billu and others are sleepless tonight thinking about the final verdict!!!
Nandu is also sleepless in his bed!!!!

Purab is injured and is lying in the bed!!suddenly he wakes up and yells: jassi!!!
Nurse requests him to lie down!!!

Armaan is standing in jassi's cabin and thinking about her!!!!

Raj is sitting and thinking about jassi!!!!

Next morning!!!!!
Judge :please start the proceedings of the court and produce the accused!!!!
Suddenly some one from jail comes and says something to the police inspector!!!
He is shocked!!!
He says: your honour! Jessica bedi fled from the jail!!!
Boooooommmmmm!!!!
Everyone is shocked!!!!!
Suddenly a voice comes from out side: your honour!!!!
The door opens and there is a figure which is not clearly visible due to bright sunlight from background!!!
Then the figure becomes clearer and clearer!!!!
Yes!!!! It is our same old jassi, with that bangs and that big specs wearing that special dress which she used to wear!!!!
Mallika looks back at her and her mouth is wide open in shock!!!!!!
Jassi goes to the witness box!!!!
Bebe cries: jassi! Our jassi! I am seeing her after such a longtime!!!
Amrit: same figure and the same clothes!!!!I was longing to see her!!! thank you babaji!!!
Nandu:thank you jassi for coming back! Otherwise it would be a serious problem!!!!
Judge: what is all these???
Jassi: I am jassi!
Thakraal:objection your honour!!!!
Judge: you are jassi!!! What do you mean?
Jassi:I am jassi !!!!( then she takes out the wig from her head and the specs from her ears and says) and I am jesica too!!!!
Thakraal: objection your honour!!! This is court,not a fancy dress competition!!!
Jassi looks at flabbergasted mallika: tell me mallika maam!!! Am I not jassi?is jassi really murdered?? Look at me and say has jassi really died???
Mallika stands up !!!!
Judge asks her whether jessica is jassi!!!
Mallika is shocked and she silently admits that jesica is jassi !!!!!
Thakraal is really annoyed now: what are these people doing??? They are giving witness against themselves!!
Jassi then asks Aryan whether she is jassi!!!!
Aryan is silent!!!!
Naaz,ruby and maithili shout: judge saab! This is our jassi! Yes!! This is our jassi!!!
Thakraal shouts: I object!!!!
Judge stops him!!!
Jassi says: law wanted the proof of my existence your honour!!! I am in front of you!!!I respect law very much, but in these circumstances i had no other way ,your honour !!! and to prove this truth in front of everybody there is one mean who helped me!!!
Maithili asks:who might be this man?
Naaz: who else than armaan sir?
Jassi:he is a man on whom I never depended for support, your honour!!!if I were in trouble he would be the last man to whom I would go for help!!!! But today I realized your honour that we should never suspect on the humanity of a human being!!!because every human being has some good qualities!!!
Judge : but who's that man???
Jassi:He is Raj Malhotra!!!!
Mallika looks at Raj with disbelief!!!
Gang is surprised :raj sir????
Judge:doyou know that you have commited a crime to escape from the jail??
Raj: but jassi should not be punished forthat your honour!! It was me who planned everything!!!
He stretches his hands and says:please arrest me!!!
Judge: but at first tell me why did you do it??
Raj:jassi is innocent!! And I cannot see an innocent girl being punished sitting here!!!I have done lots of mistakes in my life!! In fact it was probably me who pushed jassi in all these troubles!!it as me who said arman to act falling in love with jassi!it was me who had written all those love letters and cards !!! It was me who made the plan to prepare that fake balance sheet!!!!but today I realized that whatever i have done can destroy someone's life!!!I could not see jassi going nearer and nearer to death in this court everyday!!! So i decided that I will help jassi and i will prove that jassi is alive!!! This is jassi!and she is saying the truth and mallika is telling a lie!!!I thought that to save an innocent girl's life if I commit a crime then that would not be wrong!!!
Judge: yes,court will surely punish you! But before punishing you court wants to thank you!!!( jassi smiles looking at raj!!!)because if you didn't do this the court would commit a crime!!!the court would punish an innocent girl!!!
Thakraal is shaking his head in frustration!!!
He shouts:your honour! If some people think that this is true, this does not become true!!!
Indira:your honour,the person who filed this case against Jessica has admitted that jessica is jassi!so the case is dismissed!!!
Thaktaal:but this can be a make-up trick your honour!!!
Indira: but we did not have any dead body of jassi! And now when everybody is saying that..
Thakraal: but your honour we need some proofs besides the witnesses!!!
Proofs are here your honour: armaan shouts and enters in the courtroom!
armaan:your honour you can solve this case with the help of these proofs!!! These are the proofs, which are needed here! Please don't take any decisions without seeing these proofs!!
Arman looks at jassi lovingly and jassi also looks at armaan for a moment and she looks down in the next moment!!!( sharmilee!!!)
Arman smiles and says:only knew that jassi is beautiful only for me!!! but I didn't know that one day her original beauty will enchant not only me but others also!!
Judge:but weren't thee proofs stolen?
Aryan tries to go out but mallika whispers that he cannot leave her like this!!
Armaan; truth cannot be hidden for long your honour!!this was the point which was mentioned by mr.pp!he tried his best to change transform the truth into false!!!and jassi's enemies also tried to stop the truth from coming to the court!!!
Judge: tell me the names!!!!!
Arman:when i am sure who they are i will tell you your honour!!
Aryan is relieved!!!
Arman: but they can no more do anything to you jassi!!jassi!!!!(He is bursting with emotions!!)
Jassi smiles and looks at her lover!!!
Armaan smiles and looks at his dream standing in the witness box!!!
NDTV reporter announces that noted film-maker and social-activist mr.Mahesh Bhatt wants to say something about jassi!!
Mahesh Bhatt praises jesica aka jassi!!!
Judge gives his final verdict that jassi is innocent and she is released!!!
Everyone is happy! Billu and nandu are dancing!!!amrit and bebe are thanking babaji!!
Judge says:a case should be filed against mallika for doing fraud case against jassi and wasting time of the court!!!
Jassi is coming out and crowd is following her!! indira: today you have won and your love has won!!
Jassi: thank you!!!
Jassi is coming out and raj whispers at armaan's ear:go to your queen of jhansi!!!
Armaan smiles shyly and nods his head!!
Indira says to thakraal: I said it mr thakral that truth always wins!!! That day probably you could not understand my words. But today you must have noted my point !!
HOSPITAL
Purab is watching that jassi is coming out of court !!! he thinks: at first only I knew this. But now the whole world knows it!!!
COURT
Reporters are following mallika with their questions, whether she knew that jassi is Jessica, or whether this is true that a case is going to be filed against her!!
Mallika cannot take it anymore she faints and falls down !!!
Aryan is shocked!!!
Jassi is surrounded by a crowd and nandu and her parents are trying to catch a glimpse of her!!! armaan sees his beloved from behind and tries to reach near her!!!
In the mean time mallika stands up with the help of Aryan and she goes to the car and goes away!!
Jassi is tryingto reach near to arman and ………….
Someone presesthe trigger of a revolver and

Some one shoots jassi!!!! She falls down!!!
