i guess i have to say something.........even though i am not phd in jassi like lots of members here 😉 but jassi i guess is wonderful actress but apu is more talanted as i have seen apu talking in interview he speaks fast and is more lively and in his roles u cant see his personality but characters personality..................but mona speaks same way in normal life and in jassi so ur right sharmi apu did not get his due as she did as jassi even though he did contribute to the story beautifully.........

I think thats one main diff between mona and apu....

I totally see jhalaks of Mona in jassi or jassi in Mona...dunno which way!! 😆 Yesterday while hosting...I do like her hosting...not complaining like others But sometimes I feel jassi is hosting... 😛
As for apu....He is a totally different perosnlaity on screen.Totally different!

Well I agree that Mona is still carry the jassi image with her and may be that perticular image is being used for these reality shows I think.. See a person like mini who dose'nt know to dance and has never done even in B'day party as she claimns is getting a makeover by dancing !!! I feel the Jassi premakeover and post makeover concept is being used by SONY in reality shows and so the Mona - Jassi link will be there always!!! 😳

Frankly, I'm sick of all these arguments and counter-arguments. I would rather watch Mona on my Tv than argue endlessly about her.

Anjali di she is not talking abt the forum.. its more in general.. I'll just rephrase it that Apu did not get as much credit as Mona got for JJKN.. and I kinda agree with that.. as far as TD are concerned they didn't prove their mettle after JJKN.. so they deserve it..

I like Mona's Jassi way of hosting.. I mean her accent her liveliness, her smile.. but day before yesterday she erred more than once.. actually she is like that in real life but she shld stop speaking abt Jassi and her last year win when she is hosting the show. She needs to get out of that hangover.Also , u said that she used Jassi as a trump card last year which i agree is not fair, but then why did the audience fall into the trap.. Audience ki akkal kahaan chali gayi thi..Ghaas charne 😆 .. (don't include me in this audience as I don't vote for reality shows )they don't know what dance is all abt..Here the system of audience voting is the problem.. Although even I feel Shweta Salve was a wee bit better than her last year.. But nonetheless she was second best 😳 .Also Jo Jeeta wohi Sikander 👏

Mona did a great job pre-makeover. After makeover there was nothing special about her Jessica Bedi, Neha Shastri, Mrs. Oberio, Mrs Suri roles.. Only thing is her chemistry with Apu was rocking !
SONY always hyped Jassi, Mona and sidelined other characters..but that is not Mona's fault, channel and often T&D were very biased ..
Mona is a good actress, as a host I don't find her impressive..She still needs to work hard in that department..Somehow I like her in plain looks..She seems to be akward (or may be I am akward watching her) in those glamorous outfits..Plain goes well with her.

i dont know who got more credit, but i can still see Mona and only think of Jassi. Mona has not done anything to change this fact. If we remember kaajjal as simran then we also remember her as anjali in KKHH. sif we remmeber SRK as Raj in DDLJ than we also remmeber him as Rahul in KKHH, and innumerable roles. but Mona has to do something about just being jassi.

Well, since the serial was on her name, she was bound to be called the main person in the show, but i fully agree with you, the show was a hit because of people like Armaan, Raj, Malika, Nandu, papa ji, bebe, mummi ji, Maddy, Nandani, Aryan and many more. But yes may be she got more credit than others. or may be people who wanted to use her image in theor favor gave her more credit than others. Which ultimately gave an impression of her getting more credit.

Its all business honey and people cash anything that can bring them success and money.
