3)What is your advice to Ekta Kapoor about taking 20year leaps every month? 😕 😆 My advice would be simply to find a different way to spice things up...this card has been very overplayed!

4)Which is your favourite food?(indian,chinese,continental,any other)why? Indian b/c there is a lot of variety, and I love spicy food!

5)Which is your fav holiday spot?why? I love vacationing in India b/c I don't get to do it often enough, but, the Dominican Republic is Paradise!!

6)Who is your all-time fav on-screen hindi film couple?why? Kajol and SRK b/c they're very comfortable with one another and also very natural in their craft, so when they're on screen together, they just draw you into their characters lives.

7)Which is your all-time fav hindi song?why? I can't pick just one, so I'll try to narrow it down to three:

1) Jagjit and Chitra's "Kiska Chehra"
2) Shaan's "Issi ko pyaar kehte hai"

The first two send chills down my spine and the last one has been a favorite for as long as I can remember.

10)What is your fav beverage?tea or coffe?why? tea and coffee - it depends on what I'm in the mood for. I love mom's masala chai in the winter, southern sweet tea in the warm months, and starbuck's caramel frapuccino when studying.

11)What is your fav soft drink?why? Dr. Pepper!! Its just sooo yummy - I can't get enough of it.

12)Whats your opinion/take on the current poor or i must say horrible 😡 performance of the Indian Cricket team in the world cup?who is responsible for this debacle according to u?waise do u love watching criket? 😳 Ok, now I'm going to get beat up by my friends on IF...I don't know the 1st thing about Cricket......I know, this probably makes me a bad Indian...😕

13)Do u belive in astrology?if yes then why and if no then why not? Part of me says its true, and part of me says its not...but I do believe in destiny...

14)What is your greatest phobia?why? Failure...I don't want to let myself or my family down...I am afraid of failure more than anything else.

15)Which is your most fav festival?why? Navratri - the whole feel around it is just so exciting - and being gujrati, I love garba, and there's just something about the feeling you get when you're in the overcrowded mandir, singing mataji's aarti...I don't know, I can't explain it.

17)Describe a typical day of your life?(your daily routine) Ok...well, I'm not in school anymore, so I'm sure things will change, but when I was in school, it would be wake up at 7:30 and have breakfast, class from 8-9, gym from 9-10, home to shower and pray from 10-11, class from 11-12, IF and lunch time from 12-2, class from 2-4:30, then study time til 8, dinner, more studying mixed with IF time - this usually continues til I go to bed around 1 AM - I like to read in bed before I fall asleep. Thats a typical - some days are different depending on different class schedules, some days i work, so that changes things, sometimes I have dance practice, if I have tests coming up, then obviously IF time gets hacked...so it just depends.

18)Describe your childhood in 100words?(as a child your schoollife,your nature,etc etc 😛) There's not much I remember about my 5 years in India as a child, but I do remember being happy there. I had a good life, hated the school I was going to, but all in all, I was happy and it was probably the most "childhood" I had. Then we moved here when I was 5 and the first 2 years were VERY hard, followed by another 2 moderately hard years, and then things got easier. In the initial years here, I learned how rough life really was - though my parents did everything they could to make sure my brother and I had everything we needed/wanted. When things did get easier, when we were finally happy, some things happened in the family that made my brother and grow up REALLY fast...I think I was 10/11 when my childhood ended...circumstances forced me into a premature maturity.

Ananya: Completely head over heels fida over AA 😃

Jyothi: 😳 An excellent Chem and Geography student and also one of the most creative people I've come across - where do you get your ideas?!?! Oh, also the new gurumata and a besharam who's rubbing off on all the younger bhootni's

Sharmi: Can always make me laugh no matter what.

Mansi: Wonderful daily updates - I still remember her first day on IF - we were blown away by that initial post and she's continued them every day since then!

Hemadi: The greatest love of all....her love for Apurva baffles me....I salute her devotion to him. Hemadi has a heart of gold.

Kaj: A crazy bhootni that makes wonderful DK mixes

Kaju: Is quickly, and at a very young age, learning a LOT from her gurumata. A true DK devotee.

Nikki: Obsessed with Bhuttas!

Autumnleaf: I don't have words enough to praise her writing abilities...undoubtedly one of the best FF writers IF has ever seen

Tishadi: Aaaww, I miss her!! She was the official DKian gurumata...she's also an amazing writer, wonderful cook, and has a beautiful heart.

Sharna: She makes wonderful predictions and her Devaria is beyond control

Dev:😳 Do you even have to ask? I am completely, head over heels, IN LOVE with Mr. Dev Pratap Singh. Enough said.

Kaajjal: I love this girl. She's got a good head on her shoulders (most of the time) - she's a real go-getter. She fights for what she believes in, and thats commendable.

Dhruv:😉 Stupid Gorilla - waste of screen time, SO GLAD he's Gone!

Ameesha:😃 I like to punch that horse square on the mouth😡 - but I must give her some credit - her stupid plans bring our DK even closer to one another.

Karan: I'm very dissappointed in Karan - I really thought he was a genuinely nice character lekin yeh toh ravan nikla! 😡

Veer: My Veeru!!! I love him - I just wish they'd spice up his character - I feel like he's just standing in the background - I pray he knows all about Devu's plan so he can help his brother take revenge. I also think he's too good for that chudail!

NT: I think she's got wonderful morals, is a wonderful mother, and she'll do anything for her sons. She also knows the difference between right and wrong, and stands up against injustice. All in all, a very respectable woman.

Raju:😉 He is SO cute!!!! I love him! At first I didn't like him b/c he was to replace my Devu, lekin I've grown to like him a lot. He may be doing all this for money, but he's got a clean heart - he genuinely wants to help Kaju. And the way he's crushing on her is just too cute!

Chameli: I feel bad for her b/c she's lost her Raju, but really, if she had only recently met him, I don't understand how she could fall so in love with him so quickly.

Paua: So cute, he's a wonderful Raju sidekick - the two together have AWSOME comic timing.

Armaan:😳 An arrogant dreamer who can't really walk the walk, initially very immature, but was always very good at heart, very charming, and in the end, despite everything, the perfect match for Jassi in every way.

Jassi: Jaisi Koi Nahin. What an apt title. I loved her "go get 'em" attitude. She was brilliant, but trusted others too much, and in the end, I think this was the only cause of all the pain she endured. But, she was a true fighter, and if she trusted people too much, she also knew how to very cleverly get back at those who hurt her or her loved ones - but without stooping to their level.

Mallika: I feel bad for her. She truly loved Armaan, and lost that love. In doing so, she also lost her family. Her flaws though, were her distrust (even though she had a right not to trust him initially - but then again, he can't be blamed as he never loved her), her attempt to hold on too tight, and her expectations that her love would be reciprocated.

Aryan: Good businessman, good ideas, and had the means to turn his plans/ideas into reality. His flaw however, was his horrible people skills and his hate for Armaan.

Nandu: The best friend anyone could ever have. I love Nandu. He always stood by Jassi no matter what and never crossed the limits of friendship. If only everyone had a friend like him.

Maddy: A good designer, a little egotistical, but with reason. In the end, a good friend.

Raj: An out and out flirt who would forever be a bachelor, had amazing comic timing, and was a very good friend. I love Raj's character. And his lines were brilliant. I also felt bad for him when he left b/c after all the years of flirting, he fell in love with the one girl he never dreamt of falling in love with, who was also, his best friends love.

20)Which is your fav romantic DK scene from the serial kaajjal? 😳 Do you really expect me to pick one? There are so many...the restaurant scene where he is about to tell her he loves her, the first hug, the second hug, the third hug, the scene when he saves her from the clutches of that gorilla when the gorilla is trying to force her into marriage, the scene right before Kaju's engagement to the gorilla, the hospital scene when Devu is so concerned about Kaju....the list goes on and on!

21)Which is your dream DK scene which u would like to see in the serial in the future episodes?😳 Any of the lovely romantic scenes from one of Autumnji's FF's will do!

22)Which is your fav romantic JandA scene from the serial JJKN?😳 The V-day episode where they hug "for the last time", the chandighar episodes, the scene before the "ahem ahem" scene - when Jassi finally tells Armaan that she's behind Karishma and they both apologize.

23)Which is your fav section on IF? why? When I first joined, I only came to the JJKN section. When Kaajjal started, I moved there, and now, I've re-joined the JJKN section. So, I'd say the JJKN and Kaajjal forums.

27)What is your recommendation regarding marriage?love marriage or arranged marriage?why? 😳 Love marriage. I've seen a lot of arranged marriages go wrong. And why would you marry if not for love? I think two people should have the right to marry the person they love no matter what the circumstances. If the pair are happy, then why should anyone else care? I think sometimes our society puts too much pressure on the idea of marriage. Two people, in love, should be able to live their life together without having to worry about things like society and all that.

28)What is your take on SRK in KBC?was he better than AmitJI? Didn't watch Amitji's KBC, have only seen 3 SRK KBC episodes, so I really can't comment.

29)Do u think daily saas-bahu soaps r regressive?if yes then why and if no then why not? I think so. People have their own family problems, and I don't think they need to be reminded of those problems via TV - TV is supposed to be an escape from reality - thats whey show's like JJKN work better than the overplayed saas-bahu rona dhona stuff. I also thing that soaps like this fill peoples heads with nonsense. I don't watch them.

30)What is your biggest achievement so far? I haven't achieved it yet...

31)Which is the happiest moment of your life? I haven't experienced it yet...

32)Which is the most embarrasing moment of your life? Haven't really had a truly embarrasing moment - no funny stories to tell. Sorry, I know, I'm kind of boring.

33)Do u think a married woman can make a successful comeback in films?if yes then how and if no then why not? I definitely think so - We've seen it done - take Jaya ji for example. Or even more recently - Kajol. Though why should marriage have anything to do with it? And why do married women have to make a "comeback"? We don't see married men making comebacks. I think handled correctly, with the right script and right character, anyone who's been away from the industry or not doing so well can make a "comeback".

34)What is your take on that racial abuse with Shilpa shetty on Big Brother? Do u think it was just a publicity stunt? I heard about this, but don't know the details of it. I guess I live in my own world. Also, not having Indian TV b/c I live away from home has a lot to do with my being out of the loop!

35)Who is your dream date?why?😉 Undoubtedly Apurva - do you even have to ask the reason?😉 No, but very seriously, Apurva b/c I've heard he's a gem of a person and I'd consider myself lucky to be able to spend an evening with such a rare diamond.

36)Why always the sun shines in the east and sets in the west?😕😆 The sun rises in the east and sets in the west b/c of the rotation of Earth along its axis.

38)What is our skin color? I used to be fair skinned, but then I moved to Charleston, and the sun is VERY harsh there - there's no escaping it, so I've tanned a bit, but I'm still pretty fair...I dunno how to describe my skin color perfectly though...

39)What is your hair color? I used to be black, but then changed to dark brown, and for the past 8 years, its had a hint of red in it from mehndi.

45)Which is your fav T.V CHANNEL?why? I don't watch TV when I'm away in Charleston b/c I don't have time. When I'm home, I'm glued to Indian TV b/c I don't have that luxury at my house. But, if I had to pick a favorite channel, I'd say either the food network, The Learning Channel, ABC Family or the Discovery Channel or National Geographic on US TV, and Sony, Zee, and B4U Music on Indian TV.

46)R u excited about the Harry potter final book?if yes then why and if no then why not? I'm behind on Harry Potter - I've only read the 1st 3 books. I've seen all the movies though, and I'm VERY excited for the next movie to release this summer!

47)Which is the recent movie that u watched?did u like it?if yes then why and if no then why not? Just saw Water recently. I loved it. I think that more indian films like this, that deal with societal issues should be made.

I woke up just in time to watch JJKN (on TV this time - not online - I'm at mom and dad's house this week!! 😃), then I re-watched an episode of Kaajjal that mom had taped on the DVR, and then I got on IF and began answering these questions. This took a really long time. Now, I have to go unpack my car, do some laundry, take Dev for a run (my dog Dev - not DPS! 😆), and in the evening, I'll go to the mandir. I think its gonna be a good day.

What will you choose love or friendship and why? I hope that I'll never have to choose. Honestly I don't think I can answer this question. Friendship is one of the most important relationships in a person's life, but then again, so is love. However, I've personally never been in love, so maybe in my present state, I'd say friendship.

What is the one place you love to spend half of ur day? I'm a home-body, so I'd say home...and if and when I am home, I"m usually on IF, so I guess I'd say here.

What is the one word ur enemies will use to describe you? You'll have to ask them this question.

Are you romantic? COMPLETELY!

How do you write such fabulous posts,they really inspire me to write😳 I have NO clue. I have a really hard time expressing my feelings in words. I guess when I write certain posts, my strong feelings towards Apurva help me write from the heart. BTW, thanks for the compliment - though there are so many writers that are far better than me. And I think you Should write.

A sweet childhood memory? The day my parents, brother and I moved into our very own house in the US. It was very satisfying.

What do you like best about Apurva and Dev? Apurva is a wonderful, versatile, hard-working actor, who, as Hemadi said, has not yet gotten the recognition he deserves. Dev, is a wonderful human being, who stands by his morals, even if that means going against family. I LOVE THEM BOTH! 😳

What is the one think you like about Armaan and one thing that you dislike? Armaan has a very good heart. At times, he dreams dreams that he doesn't have the means to fulfill.

What did u do on the mothers day? Drove home to Columbia from Charleston, and had dinner with my family.

Would you like to be a politician?why or why not No, I hate politics, don't know the 1st thing about it.

How will you describe Jassi? A go-getter, brilliant, good friend, trusted others too easily, loved deeply, and knew the harshness of truth and reality. All these things in the end, helped her come out a winner.

Do you think beauty is everything or its enough to have brains? I think brains out-do beauty any-day. Brains get you further in life. But, lets face it, in today's day and age, today's society, good looks are important. So, I'd say 90% brains, 10 % good looks.

What are ur bad habits? Other than the one I mentioned above, none really - though I sometimes procrastinate.

But, to answer your ?, NO! I won't prefer anyone as Kaajjal besides Surveen. Rakhi isn't decent enough to play a pure character like Kaajjal.

Describe ur journey with Kaajjal forum. I was very excited about Kaajjal b/c of Apurva obviously, but also because it was different - just a simple, sweet, innocent love story - with no saas-bahu nonsense, Kekta soap nonsense. I think the journey has been an absolutely beautiful one. DK's love has grown and bloomed like a beautiful rose. There have been some thorns (the Dhruv track and the length of the RR track) but that's to be expected. We've laughed, cried, lost and gained with the characters. The show has been handled very well, I think - even thought there was the fear of it being hacked, and then the change in the team behind the show, etc., but all in all, I think the show is a rare gem - just like JJKN was. I have enjoyed every moment in my journey with Kaajjal, DK, and my Kaajjal Parivaar. My IF family has grown so much! I've met so many wonderful new people in my Kaajjal parivaar. All in all, the journey has been very beautiful, and I'm looking forward to more wonderful memories being made in the near future.

What do you prefer to eat/do on a rainy afternoon? I prefer to lay in bed, and read a good book, interspersed with Naps of course...and if its a cold rain, I like to drink masala tea while I'm doing this. If its warm rain, I also love to sit on the porch and write in my journal or read as the rain pours down...and in the summer months, I also enjoy running and dancing in the rain. 😃

What are ur favourite songs? I listed a few in answering Jyoti's ?s. Others are: Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas, Yeh Jeevan Hai, Pehla Nasha, Yaad hai voh pehli mulaqaat, Koi Tumsa Nahin...the list is endless...I also love ghazals by Jagjit Singh, almost anything and everything by Kishore Kumar, same with Lata-ji, and I love Pankaj Udas as well. Some recent fav's are also Kailash Kher, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, and Ustad Ali Khan.

Whose ur latest crush? Apurva Agnihotri - perhaps not latest, but only.

Can u cook? I can cook some gujarati food - I need to work on this a bit, but I make some really good mexican and italian food. 😃

There was an incident with my uncle in India that I regret and always will...also, when my grandfather was alive, I regret not letting him watch his favorite TV show...I was young then and didn't realize he wouldn't be around much longer...I also regret not spending more time with him - when he was sick, I was afraid that I'd get sick by being around him...I misunderstood him in his last days - I regret that very much...

DO you like to cook? Why or why not?? I do like to cook when I'm in the mood to cook though I'm not very good at it. I say I like to when I'm in the mood b/c some days I just don't have the energy. But I do love it b/c for some reason, its so much more satisfying sitting down at the dinner table knowing that you've made the meal you're about to consume. I think it tastes better knowing that you yourself worked hard to make it. 😊 But I hate cleaning up afterwords! 😕

What is your favorite Holiday and why?? I dont' get very many holidays. For me, coming home to mom and dad's house is a holiday. Last year we went to the Dominican Republic - that was nice. But really, any "holiday" where I'm away from school and school work, no matter where I am and what I'm doing, is good enough for me!

Where do you like to go on vacation? Undoubtedly, India. I dont' get over there often enough, and I miss it terribly!

What would you rather do, Spent a day out, or spend a day on IF?? and why?? It depends on my mood. If I've got energy enough to get out of the house and have a good time outdoors, then I'll do that, but if I feel like I just want to have a nice quiet day at home where I can talk and talk about Apurva all day long, then I do that.

How do you see yourself in 1 year?? Hopefully getting ready to start Grad School.

How do you see yourself in 5 years?? Then 10 years?? Finished with Grad school and married in 5 years. Working with 2 kids, a wonderful husband and a lovely home in 10 years.

How would you react if you had gotten a chance to act with the Greek god apu?? I'd be baffled, speechless, and honestly, would probably faint at the news. But then, I'd turn it down. I've got no business acting, and would never want to make him look bad due to my lack of acting skills.

In 100 words, describe how you would start out the sequel to JJKN??? Its 2 AM...I'll get back to you on this tomorrow, along with the ?s of Jyoti's that I still need to answer.

Do you think Aryan should have died??? Why or why not?? No. I think Aryan was a good character, and I hated the way they killed him off so quickly. I would have prefered that he make amends with Armaan, and that him and Vedika live together happily. I don't think he deserved to die - he was only trying to protect his dad's business. He just needed better social skills, thats all.

What do you feel about Malikas death?? Again, a tragedy. Not handled well at all. I also don't think she should have died. She should have just left the picture like she was going to - she shouldn't have been killed off. And again, I think it was done with no finesse what-so-ever. I hated the way Malika and Aryan were so abruptly killed off. I think towards the end there, the show got to be very ruthless and wasn't thought out well at all.

In 100 words describe your ideal ending for JJKN. Again, will come back to this in the morning...

Describe in detail some of your favorite Janda scenees I love all the initial scenes when Armaan is wooing Jassi - with chocolate and flowers, etc. The scene in malaysia when he said "hamari Jassi ko yeh sab karne ki zaroorat nahi hai", the Jessica/Armaan hug episode, the V-day hug episode, the goa episode when J finally tells A that she's behind Karishma, The real "ILU" confession outside of Octavia, the 1st ILU at his engagement, the scene in the car outside of Jassi's studio...the list goes on and on and on...

Do you feel that Raj was a good friend?? Yes. He didn't always have the best advice for Armaan, and the whole "pyaar ka natak" was his idea, but in the end, he had Armaan's best interest at heart. He also walked away when he and his best friend were in love with the same woman. I think Raj was a very good friend.

What do you think of Abhishek and Ash's wedding? And why? I have mixed feelings about it. I don't really know. But, I guess if they're happy, their families are happy, then thats all that matters.

Out of Jassi Walia, Jessica Bedi, Neha Shrasti, Jassi Oberi, and Jassi Arman Suri, which one do you prefer the most, and why? This is hard...its a toss up between Jassi Walia and Jassi Armaan Suri. Jassi Armaan Suri had all the same wonderful qualities and characteristics as Jassi Walia, but Jassi Suri took those qualities to the next level.

From Kaajjal and Jassi Jaisi, which can you relate to, the mmost? and how? I can relate to Jassi more. I think Kaajjal's life is very different from mine, whereas, I've seen much more of the kind of heartache and dissappointment that Jassi faces on a daily basis.

Describe your dream wedding, and will we be invited 😉 ? My dream wedding will be in India with all of my close family and friends, done very traditionally. And of course, all of you will definitely be invited! 😳

How do you feel about the Raju track they have in Kaajjal? Do you think he is Dev? Why or why not?
I think its high time they revealed him as Dev. I think the track is fine for what it is, it added a new twist to the story, and is helping the plot move forward, but I think its been dragged on for too long, and it got VERY repetative there for a while. I think the creatives were stuck in a rut. I DO think he's Dev b/c so many of his manerisms match Dev's, and as you know, we've all done an extensive study of this in Kaajjal forum. I think he has to be Dev - there are so many clues. Take yesterday's episode for example - Raju would never have bought NT Mom all those things - quite frankly, he wouldn't have the money/means to do so. I just hope that by the end of this week, the whole Raju/Dev confusion track comes to and end.

Describe the following, in one or more sentence :

Armaan An arrogant dreamer who can't really walk the walk, initially very immature, but was always very good at heart, very charming, and in the end, despite everything, the perfect match for Jassi in every way.
Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin. What an apt title. I loved her "go get 'em" attitude. She was brilliant, but trusted others too much, and in the end, I think this was the only cause of all the pain she endured. But, she was a true fighter, and if she trusted people too much, she also knew how to very cleverly get back at those who hurt her or her loved ones - but without stooping to their level.
Malika I feel bad for her. She truly loved Armaan, and lost that love. In doing so, she also lost her family. Her flaws though, were her distrust (even though she had a right not to trust him initially - but then again, he can't be blamed as he never loved her), her attempt to hold on too tight, and her expectations that her love would be reciprocated.
Purab I think this guy has issues. I don't doubt that he's the perfect gentleman and perhaps somewhat loved/loves Jassi, lekin really, I think it all ended up being a game for him - I still think he was just trying to prove something to Armaan.
Nandu The best friend anyone could ever have. I love Nandu. He always stood by Jassi no matter what and never crossed the limits of friendship. If only everyone had a friend like him.
Aryan Good businessman, good ideas, and had the means to turn his plans/ideas into reality. His flaw however, was his horrible people skills and his hate for Armaan

Veer My Veeru!!! I love him - I just wish they'd spice up his character - I feel like he's just standing in the background - I pray he knows all about Devu's plan so he can help his brother take revenge. I also think he's too good for that chudail!
Raju He is SO cute!!!! I love him! At first I didn't like him b/c he was to replace my Devu, lekin I've grown to like him a lot. He may be doing all this for money, but he's got a clean heart - he genuinely wants to help Kaju. And the way he's crushing on her is just too cute!
Ameesha I'd like to punch that horse square on the mouth😡 - but I must give her some credit - her stupid plans bring our DK even closer to one another.
Karan I'm very dissappointed in Karan - I really thought he was a genuinely nice character lekin yeh toh ravan nikla! 😡
NT mom I think she's got wonderful morals, is a wonderful mother, and she'll do anything for her sons. She also knows the difference between right and wrong, and stands up against injustice. All in all, a very respectable woman

Descrribe your daily routine detail Right now, since I'm done with school, I don't have a routine. When I was in school, it was: On MWF: wake up at 7:30 and have breakfast, class from 8-9, gym from 9-10, home to shower and pray from 10-11, class from 11-12, IF and lunch time from 12-2, class from 2-4:30, then study time til 8, dinner, more studying mixed with IF time - this usually continues til I go to bed around 1 AM - I like to read in bed before I fall asleep. On TR: Wake up at 8:30, gym from 8:45-10, home to eat, shower, pray, then class from 11-12:15, home for IF time for a few hours, then studying the rest of the day interspersed with more IF time. Thats typical - some days are different depending when I'm scheduled to work, sometimes I have dance practice, if I have tests coming up, then obviously IF time gets hacked...so it just depends.

If you had to go away from IF for a month, what would you miss the most??? You guys and your wonderful discussions. I did go away, for about a month leading up to my final exams, when I came back there were so many new people that I hadn't met yet, and so much had happened that I missed out on. It was quite sad.

How do you feel about Mona and Karans wedding anouncement?? I'm excited for them. They both seem happy, so good for them.

How are you liking the grilling ?? Loving it! :)

What are you studying to be?? I just graduated college with a BS in Biology and and BA in Spanish - I want to do something in healthcare - doctor/nurse/PA/pharmacy, something like that.
