likejassi... what a terrible experience. I am glad you and your family are ok. Is the situation normal now? All our offices in Mumbai are closed and communication channels are also down.

Where is Rupal?

THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH ALL MY FRIENDS FOR CARING S..O MUCH 😊

We are fine now,but couldn't be in touch 'coz no electricity till yesterday, but now Mumbai has started beating again, but Mumbaikar will have to face after effects for sometime.

Cutelovelygirl & likejassi,I'm gad you all are fine...pls take care .

my family too was scattered for 24 hrs, I left my clinic as soon as water started rushing in ,it was 3pm, my home is very much near to the clinic, still it was so much flooded & forceful that I too had possibiity of slipping in if didn't catch hold of the tree...I reached home & came down again to enjoy rain😕 (I still thought it was mumbaiya heavy rain & will stop in an hour)bt before we all could understand anything, water started gushing into all ground floor flats....rushed to save whatever we could...only to witness floating beds & furniture & terrified families mostly ladies as it was a working day.... anyways that gave idea abt what was going on so immediately called my Dad & whoever to stay back, but my Dad who was worried of my mom's ill health wouldn't listen & chose to leave...got stuck up on the way...walked home during stormy Night when there were not even street lights, raining heavily with lightening & thunder & no contact with anyone...😭 😭😭 anyways he reached home in early morning, my cousins walked in shoulder deep water(from sakinaka with so many casualties), my uncles too returned one by one. almost every house & shops were flooded in 3 feet water,we did whatever we could to serve the stuck up ppl but next day only to witness streets filled with ruins of last night...dead animals, destroyed vehicles & wasted grains(they had to throw amost entire storage)😭 ,mumbai had just started to breath again & children had just started to play again when rumours again struck on them only to kill few more ppl including children & increase no. of casualities...still scared of impending epidemic & scarcity of resourses... any ways for time being mumbai has once again started running behind the trains & buses😉 & struggle continues...😊

Thank you all very much for your concern & mora support , when I think of those parts who are under water most of the time of year , who just settle down their belongings only to lose them in a few days....we have had only a small shock & will overcome very soon....God give all of us strenghth to face your challenges.
