Karan Oberoi > I am a romantic and peaceful person .

jhankar > When did you realise that singing was what you wanted to take up as a career?
Karan Oberoi > I have been passionate about singing since I was very young. Both my parents were singers and, my dad plays many musical instruments .

guhlkjoiu > When is your next album releasing?
Karan Oberoi > My next video, Jumein Gi Baharein, is releasing by the end of April .

gidwaa > Whats the story behind your band?
Karan Oberoi > For our band there was an extensive audition, very similar to Pop Stars. The only difference from pop stars being, they were covered LIVE on TV and we were not. Our judgment criterion was also on individual skills - like performance, acting, singing and dancing .

guddu > Hi, you have a good height and good looks, so why haven't you considered working on your body to complete the package?
Karan Oberoi > Wait till April end for my video release .

jhankar > What serial are you doing currently?
Karan Oberoi > I'm not doing any serials as of now, completely concentrating on singing ...

guddu > What goes into enhancing a performance from the one that is given in the script?
Karan Oberoi > I think it is very essential to feel the character and keep it real .

kityee > Hi Karan, which is your favourite serial and role?
Karan Oberoi > All the characters are very close to my heart .

r > What are the things that you consider while taking up a role?
Karan Oberoi > The things I consider are - the producer, director, channel, the character and my freedom of course !

Karan Oberoi > Every character I portray is an extension of my personality .

Karan Oberoi > If not an actor I would be a serious poet ...

dddddd > Your guilty passion/ secret ?
Karan Oberoi > Secrets are best kept to me. I learn from my mistakes and do not make them again in the future. Passion would be Music .

dddddd > The craziest thing that you've ever done with a friend/ co-star?
Karan Oberoi > Once after a shoot, we jumped into the pool for a swim at 5am... and besides that we boys have a lot of fun while traveling .

lime > Do you ever plan to do a movie?
Karan Oberoi > I don't plan to do a movie, it has to be the directors, producers and good script writers plan to cast me in the movie .

lime > Do you plan to release your private album?
Karan Oberoi > Yes I do ...

Karan Oberoi > I am musically inspired by Jagjit Singh .
