i will never ever ever ever fly air india. I will pay more, travel a longer distance or will choose not travel if i have to, rather than go anywhere in air india.

I will never ever choose Air India!!! The people are worst. They have not idea what "professional" or "customer service" means. I don't even know why they're still in business.

Air India sucks more than the NY subway systems. They're hopeless.

My story is so similar to Smisha's. Every time I think back at my horror story with this airline I feel like .....😡😡 Sorry guys don't mean to be loud.

guys count me in. i had face the similer situation in 2003. with my 3 1/2 years old kid. i know how its feel. i,m sorry to hear smisha.

well all i can take care & next time be careful before u choose the airline.
