Finally calling it quits-shame all round

After investing almost two very valuable years of my life into something I beleived was a triumph of simplicity over plasticity, I am finally calling it quits friends.

Call me a puritan?? Then yes, I am. I might have no business to comment on a girl who decides to have pre marital sex, but I have every business to shred Jassi to peices for being so cheap. Because Jassi was me, in me, and I was in her. I was Jassi, the simple girl who thought she could win the world with her simple ways. She died today. I died with her. Today she became cheap, and I became cheap with her. Jassi was never a mere serial, it was not mere Armaan, Jassi , Raj or Purab. It was us.

I hate T&D more than anything. So tarun and company held a gun to their head to write this story. And they became scared? Of what? I will tell you what. Jassi to them is no more than a money spinning golden goose. If they don't do what the sony honchos tell them to do, their serial gets taken off air, and they loose the money.

In my eyes, they are worse than any negative character so far portrayed in their own serial.

They are worse than Mallika, because she betrayed and trapped Jassi because of her love, even if it was an obsessive one. T&D betrayed us for money.

They are worse than Angel, because she did it for her family and her friend, T&D did it for money.

They are worse than ILa, because she did it for her son and her love for Mallika, T&D did everything for money.

They are worse than CJ, because he has a hidden agenda of taking some kind f revenge, but it's not money. T&D did it for money.

They are worse than Rhea, because she did it out of her mistaken belief, T&D did it for money.

I believe every individual who takes up a cause for the common public owes to the public to see it follow thru. T&D killed the cause to suit their convinience.Today they murdered our trust to fill their greedy banks.

They beleieve they are above common public, that they can twist us into trashing everything that we have held dear to us all our lives.

Maybe my not following it any more will not effect their greed. But my principles tell me that when I am fooled, I am more at fault for letting the person fool me inspite of being privy to the fact.

So goodbye JJKN.

But even while going, one last thing : Thank you for giving us IF. Afterall, we are not like you. We know how to say THANK YOU.

Several months ago, I went through a similar phase when they destroyed Purab's character.

Its a fact. T n D do not care about their viewers opinions. They do not care about Yo Soy Betty La Fea. They do not care. Period.

My sincerest sympathies are for you guys as you are true fans of the story and serial and Jasmeet Walia.

I totally agree with you too Minnie. I mean JJKN was suppose to be different. Viewers were suppose to relate to Jasmeet Walia aka Jassi. Jassi who was suppose to be an ordinary middle class girl was the Jassi that got me hooked to this story.

I'm sorry to say this, but this Jassi isn't that Jassi anymore. She isn't who she was two years ago. I feel like a fool for watching this show and keep forgiving T & D for all thier sick twists and turns. I feel like a fool to let T & D fool us. I feel like a fool to hope that one day T & D would stop this nonsense and give us the old Jassi back.

This show was suppose to teach girls what they can do anything if they believe in themselves. They can do anything as long as they stick to their principals and values. This Jassi failed to teach the girls what she was suppose to. I'm sure by now she must be a role model to many girls. I hope those girls pick someone else now and not let JJKN ruin their life. Not let T & D ruin their thinking.

I HATE JJKN now. I really hope that some actions are taken against T & D for what they did with us.

I agree with everyone! When I read today's update, I was extremely shocked! What we had all thought to be a rumor has now become an apalling reality! I really have no words left about this matter, except I am in disbelief about why T&D would ever do such a thing like this. I really don't know what else to say...

i am so shocked...i had lost interest in this drama a while back beause it had lost all its appeal. i used to love armaan and jassi's sweet moments, but now they have become irritating.

i cant believe that they have butchered jassi's character in this manner. i am not against pre marital sex...as i think its something normal between two people who love each other. but the way it was shown in jassi was so cheap. all armaan had to do was to put sindoor on jassi for them to do it....how stupid is that...and in a studio...what a shoot i must say. i hate Jassi cus she has broken the trust her father had on her...shame on her. i feel sorry for Billo...his daughter has given him a lot of grief and if he gets to know about this the poor old man will die.

Today Jassi's sqeauky clean image and tv icon status has died. i think T&D should prepare themselves for rejection from the indian public.

Can not believe that our serial was one of the best (as long as we were on BLF track???) and now, it has become very ordinary....shocking. Can't digest what possessed them (other than the money, and that, too, for how long) to make it so cheap- a major nosedive from class to .....current state..

guys, i sympathise with you folks. i had lost hope long back when they messed up purab's character. it is a sad state but as i said the show was always about churning money and not the story(afterall who cares for story).

though not farfetched, after all what do you expect from a couple desperately in love with each other and hordes of issues between traipezing around the town at odd hours.think of it as an expression of love though i admit the way it was conducted seems a little cheap.
