Poet Sameer Soni
Actor Sameer Soni of Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin is playing the role of poet 'Ram' in his next play 'Centre of Gravity' which is directed by Vikram Pawar, written by Rajiv Rajendra and produced by Rege.
Sameer plays the role of a man who falls in love with his best friend's ex wife and is in two minds that how to tell all this to his friend. The play deals with few friends and their relationship with each other.
Sameer has been serials like Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin and Kumkum. He has also done movies like Baghban and Vivah.
Currently "Anything but Love", a play starring him and Mandira Bedi is being staged in Mumbai.
Khamoshi for Jassi
Jassi (Mona Singh) has signed one more show for Sony called 'Khamoshi' which is being produced by Klassic Studio. This show will be telecast in prime time slot and claims to be different from the usual family dramas.
Mona has done two shows so far and both have tipped the popularity charts. First was Jassi where she played th lead and Jhalak Dikhla Ja where she walked away with the laurels. Mona is also hosting a reality show which is an Indian version of American show 'Extreme Makeover', which will come on air in early 2007.
