Well Rohan is Purab's step brother. In the beginning they didn't have such a good relationship but Jassi changed that. And Arundhati is a ..... I don't have words to describe her. Well she is in a company or something that grades other companies internationally. Thats how she was introduced. Later on in the show Purab asks for her help to spy on Jassi. At that time Jassi had misunderstood Purab and refused to listen to him. So Purab was trying to get her back.
also raj falls madly in love with arundhati, she also succeeds in becoming good friends with jassi and close to discovering all about kohinoor when everybody realizes that she is spying for purab.needless to say that p and j misunderstanding reaches its pinnacle at that point and everybody including raj severs ties with arundhati.
another interesting thing is that she smuggles few papers from gm to purab, jassi's personal diary ends up with them....when purab looks at it incidently he realizes for the first time that jassi has feelings for armaan and not him....so basically he already knows that jassi loved armaan once.
