Frankly if court will go through history, no one gonna custody of Madhav. Neither Vividha nor Kangana will be eligible to provide a stable life to Madhav. Kangana got history as murderer n Vividha broken her marriage twice for no legit reason, first one can be understood but the second was ill deed. Court not gonna fall for soulmate concept or maine itna kuch saha like thing. Court respect marriage in most cases.
N here point will be providing a stable life to Madhav. If Kangana can't provide a stable life to Madhav as she was mental in past then so is Atharv as he also on mental in past n memory loss is a major issue for him.
Vividha would hv won the case if she'd chosen to stay with Ravish cuz then court will be able see a nice n stable future for Madhav.

even i noticed.i don't think u r hard. viv is only fighting 4 maddy till khushi doesn't call her mom.i think its impt 4 future relations.
and i agree wid @shanky no heart break 4 ravi as hes doing it 4 family & in future also he won't get heart break.and yes kangs wudn't allowed viv 2 take maddy wid her.
can't say abt viv but kangs cleared that bcoz of khushi's behaviour she won't let maddy go wid viv oderwise she doesn't've prob wid viv taking care of maddy as she seems 2 b quite open minded mite not b like ravi but better than viv or up2 the level of attu or even better than him.

Todays episode just rammed home how much more of a class act Ravish is. Parents are meant to teach their children good behaviour and instil sanskar in them and children do learn from their parents and other adults how to behave. Her supposed children were fighting but rather than Vividha coming and explaining that this was bad behaviour she herself thought to start a fight. It took someone whom she has stripped off the right of parenthood to show her how a good parent behaves. That's class.

Atharv is such a moti buddhi. Shakespeare wrote that a "rose by any other name is still a rose" and Ravish's reminder to Atharv that no matter how many times they call him "cchote papa" he still remains Madhav's papa should have been understood by this first class Delhi graduate. Vividha and Atharv's sole desire is to be publicly acknowledged as Madhav's parents but parenthood does not lie in being called a parent but in practising parenthood.

@emp I think this Papa scene was actual aukat dikhana type thing.

From the precap I think that Vitharv are gonna lose. Tara came to them with a compromise and they outright rejected it. Atharv was actually arrogant in his belief that they are prepared but because pride comes before a fall it would only be right if their overconfidence leads them to losing.

So far Kangana's stand is clear, she just want a safe n warm space for Madhav. Am I right?
