Hmm. I mean I haven't seen the epidode but I can only think that it's still too big a deal to see Vividha as someone else's wife and that to a guy who loves her. It's just a bit too much for him to be like ok let's move on.

I would agree with you here. At the end of the day, irrespective of the reasons why, she is married
