Yeah before Kailash was a roadblock to them being together, but he couldn't actually stop them from being together, so Vitharv were happy and thought they'd get married.

But then they actually got separated and Vividha married Ravish. The pain of that separation was so clear to see. Yes it wasn't a real marriage, it was a forced marriage, but still there was this marriage barrier between them. Now they know what it actually feels like thinking you've lost the person you love, and in Vividha's case thinking the person you love has died. That will stay with them forever, it'll make them realise even more how much they love each other and make their relationship even stronger.

I think it'll add more intensity to their relationship, they won't ever let anything get between them again.People say you don't know what you've got until it's gone, but with Vitharv they've always known what they had, but having almost lost it all will make them more protective about their relationship, more possessive and obsessive, in a good way.
