CVs and TWO LEADS concept

I used to watch lot of korean serials in the past and now becoz all star plus serials are going through a sad phase i decided to watch it again.What i realised is most of them has this two main leads and a single female lead concept.they dont mess the tracks .the same cannot be said for hindi serials coz here the cvs tries to get the support of both fandom s and in the process tries to butcher the female lead or they go with the usual track of killing one lead or turn them negative or bring in another lead for the remaining hero..

let me say some examples
1- Pinochio here the male lead and female lead are in love there is another male lead who is also in love with FL but he remains the same..he becomes their best friend though he loves her he tried his best then respects their love
2-you are beautiful -two main lead loves a girl .both of them helps her, stays with her ,the girl loves one guy and the other supports both of them
In most of the shows like playful kiss,boys over flowers,i can hear your voice ,she was pretty,my girletc etc there are two main leads and one of them gets their love while other tries their best, then stays with them and remains as friends /respects their decisions .Also they may be best friends /half siblings/step siblings/cousins/siblings.
still they manage to give us a beautiful love story triangle or square or whatever the story is perfect.
why is that?? could be because they are finite episodes ,they want their story to be good,...
even we hav the funds good actors good channels but then why the same stories doesnt click here ??
i personally think its because cvs here tries to please both parties - TRP aunties and Online viewers in the case of jndsd also they want both fandoms happy so they try to balance it but ends up butchering the story...

for example [in my point of view] yesterday in the ambulance scene sujatha should hav been with atharv in the ambulance but jus for trps and to keep both fans happy they put vivitha in that position and her dilemma and guilt and showed illogical stuff..in my point of view no mother will stand with someone to giv interview when her oly son is nearly dying frm head injury and is unconscious .They managed to butcher the charactrs and the story.
