Atharv is the jaan of the show. He taught each characters how to love themselves in phase 1. Despite his own issues, he never allowed himself to be down and out. Vividha learnt about her strength via him and for that she has always been thankful. Everytime she needed a reminder of how brilliant she truly was inside, he was there to remind her, whether it was physically or emotionally. AND the rest of the characters today acknowledged just how awesome Atharv is.
To be fair, I have been annoyed with the makers for the way they have portrayed Vividha in the last couple of episodes. But I understand where they are coming from. They want to continue providing lollipops to certain groups, so long as that rope hangs around Vividha's neck. Vividha told Kailash when she had agreed to embark upon this sham of a marriage " so long as Atharv is safe she'll continue with this charade but once something happens to him, nothing will stop her from ending this sham of a marriage." And I believe that is where this is heading. Kailash is back. Atharv is getting better but danger is still lurking as Kailash has already promised to kill him. So now the real story will begin. Kailash this time will not succeed. By keeping RV's marriage intact, the makers will show Kailash as the winner, which in itself tells the audience that it will never happen. So have patience, slowly we'll get what we want. (ALSO please note Sujata too has been shown to be less emotional these days, and I sincerely believe it is because the actors are bored of this track. )
I just find the characterisation of Ravish to be nothing but a joke. And everytime the episode focuses on him, its nothing but a circus. He is hardly given great dialogues and the dialogues he does give, he always deliver them with one blank look, so when he asked Vividha that question today. I couldn't help but laugh. He is a good joke cracker. 😛 That's all am saying about him.
Let Atharv come back and watch Vividha's feelings re-surface without a care in the world. If she could stand tall against her father for him, then sorry to say but Ravish and Suman are nothing. 😃

Yes you're so right! Atharv is the jaan of the show. So no matter how much mahaanta they try and show another character having, ultimately they come back to Atharv, establishing him as the real hero.
I can understand your annoyance with Vividha because the cv's have made her do some ridiculous things but this is all to show how selfless a certain character is and to also keep this non-existent triangle in play. But anyone who really has been watching the show from day one, can see through the cv's pathetic attempts. Like you said, they need to keep throwing lollipops at the other fandom, who, if they were honest with themselves, would realise this.
Kailaash coming back and Atharv recovering will be the start of phase three. And this is when the real story starts which will connect phase one. Phase two was pathetic. I think the cv's are probably realising how unpopular it was.
Sujata's and Vividha's reactions have just been so subdued in this phase. Again, it seems a deliberate ploy by the makers to perhaps give less focus to Atharv and make the Vashishts more relevant. Another fail from the cv's which I think they will rectify with Atharv coming back.
I've given Ravish so many chances! Today, i nearly came close to accepting him then he goes and pulls that stunt with Vividha. Instead of coming across as selfless, he comes across as selfish! And I get completely what you're saying about him!😛
When Atharv Sujata comes back, he's going to put everyone else in the shade!
