Why Assylum, without Trial.

Not only law n order but also medical science. Since when warden hv the right to use ECT on the patients. Giving ECT is not halwa as they r showing. First warden has no right give ECT to any one. Second Atharv is conscious, ECT is given in total unconsciousness, moreover Atharv is not a candidate for it from any angle, his psychosis is trauma induced, plus he is already responding to his medical treatment. These show can make joke of anything for their benefit. In true sense ECT is gold standard treatment for resistant cases. Resistant means those who ain't responding to medicine atleast for years. Instead of removing stigmas from the society abt mental patients n treatment they keep promoting it. Utter nonsense. But what else can be expected from them 😡

So how did the police decide and sent him packing to the Assylum ?

its not court but a qualified psychiatrist and a forensic expert who decides mental stability..since courts lawyers have zero medical knowledge.

But saying in general,

Police will take Atharva to asylum to confirm whether he is truly mentally unstable or just pretending Since the accused is acting as mentally unstable and his family too said he is mentally unstable ,police will check the truth in it and based on that public prosecutor will prepare the case This report will be presented in the court If Atharva is really unstable confirmed with police investigation too then he will be send to asylum If he is not then he will be sentenced to jail

In asylum logically Atharva should be going through series of tests to check his mental unstability Nothing more I dont know what cvs are showing 😆Need to watch that first

They did show him in the Assylum. But when he refuses to eat as Sujata isnt there. The warden comes and beats him. And since he retaliates, the warden calls for electric shock treatment to be given. That was the precap.
