I think this titanic pose may be a dare given by Sid for Roshni. May be Sid would have said that "jo bhi jetega, woh harne wale se kuch bhi kara sakta hai". And sid may not have expected her to do that. That's why he is surprised. Or it can be like Roshni explaining the name by acting.
Weird thoughts are coming in mind.
