Chapter Twenty-Four : Kaun Tujhe
The first thing Siddharth saw after waking up was Roshni and he couldn't be any more thankful.
As he tried to get up, her hand pulled him down. She pinned him down and smiled wide!
Tu aata hai seene mein
Jab jab saansein bharti hoon
She kept her head on his chest and they both heaved sighs of relief.
Tere dil ki galiyon se
Main har roz guzarti hoon
Roshni got up and instructed him to keep sitting down. She wanted this day to be all about him.
Hawa ke jaise chalta hai tu
Main ret jaisi udti hoon
Kaun tujhe yoon pyar karega
Jaise main karti hoon
Haa.. Aa..
Siddharth still got up and picked her up from behind in a swish making her giggle hard, this was their happy place and was going to remain forever no matter what.
She kept a hand on his eyes and planted a soft kiss on his lips, he responded back and they both were lost.
Meri nazar ka safar
Tujhpe hi aake ruke
As roshni struggled with making breakfast her eyes turned to him and seeing him look at her so passionately she lowered her gaze.
Kehne ko baaki hai kya
Kehna tha jo keh chhuke
He came forward and held her from behind. "Should I help?" he questioned and she turned around shaking her head pushing his naughty self backwards.
Meri nigahein hain teri nigahon ki
Tujhe khabar kya bekabar
Roshni was finally done making it, and when she served it to him all the while her eyes were closed in fear of him disliking it.
The next moment she felt a morsel of food entering her mouth.
Main tujhse hi chup chup kar
Teri aankhein padhti hoon
Kaun tujhe yun pyar karega
Jaise main karti hoon
Haa.. Aa..
She opened her eyes in shock and jumped to hug him. He laughed off at her kiddish reaction still relishing the delicious poha made by her!
This had been a dream come true for her , she had got him back and now they were stronger than before. But still the truth awaited them and that needed some digging.
"Siddharth, I feel rajveer framed you. Can you tell all about that night? As much as you remember?" Roshni asked him to make sure not to offend him in any way.
'I don't remember so much, but I was drunk , Rajveer had made me drink a lot. Then i remember he made me drive the car saying he was utterly drunk. The next thing I remember is a woman being crushed under my car. I vouched to help her, but Rajveer said it was better to flee. I wasn't really in my senses and hence I listened to him. I am sorry Roshni' he finished in a hurry, he was very guilty about all this.!
"So there's something about this you don't know and we need to get that!" Roshni told in a calculative manner.
She approached him and cupping his face said, "Also, I'm sure you're innocent, look at me and believe the same!"
Siddharth joined their foreheads and closed his eyes, Roshni got worried if he was fine or not.
"Siddharth, baby? Are you alright? Should i call the doctor?" Roshni asked in concern.
While he just pulled her closer and stopped her speaking my shushing her lips with his soft childlike fingers.
"I can't believe someone trusts me more than I trust myself Roshni!" he spoke melting her heart at his true words.
She went forward and gently kissed his cheeks , she observed his eyes were closed. She shut her own , taking in the lovely moment!
As they stood there holding onto each other , they reconnected with each other more.
"I love you!" Siddharth spoke and she breathed heavily , it was wonderful hearing him say so.
"I love you forever." Roshni spoke going in to kiss him as if she was starving for this for so long.
"I feel like this is the best moment of my life!" Roshni told him. It wasn't as if they were confessing their love , it wasn't any reunion , just that their minds and hearts were joining forever and always!
Next Morning
"I wish you're always with me like this." Siddharth spoke happily cuddling her closer to him. She smiled andput on her glasses at once.
"So tonight mission rajveer and misha's downfall starts!" She said standing in a james bond style. He started laughing falling here and there.
"You look like Daya of CID, just one difference though!" he told winking making her smile. She knew he was referring to the fact that she was more beautiful.
"That you're very small and a girl and.." he kept blabbering but she put a hand on his mouth stopping him from speaking anymore wanting to kill him.
"Haha what did you think?" he asked still teasing her while she looked glum and didn't feel like talking anymore. He sensed her sour mood and turned her chair to look at him.
"I don't want to talk to you , go away!" she said getting almost teary-eyed and he got so sad seeing her he went away feeling extremely guilty.
In no time she heard a voice, she got up only to see Siddharth hitting his hand at a wall. Roshni immediately ran to stop him from doing so.
"Kya kar rhe ho? Have you sold off your brains?" she asked holding his hand carefully in her own and taking him to do first-aid.
"Don't think that I got injured coz of you." he spoke smiling a bit through the corner if his lips and Roshni swung around his arms.
She dressed his wounds and then they set foot to get their plan in action against Rajveer , trapping him was going to be tough but the Silent Rockstar got what she needed always.
After sometime in a club (Rajveer invited Roshni to a private area in a club)
"I am here! What do you want from me?" asked Roshni angrily not even wanting to look at the face of the treacherous guy.
"Come on Roshni. Just one favour , where is Siddharth?" he asked smiling. She wanted to wipe that smirk off Rajveer's face right now.
"Why do I tell you? What do I get from that?" she asked wanting him to believe she was here to negotiate and so he believed.
"Okay! Let us keep it this way. Once I get siddharth you can kill him yourself. I get the property , you get the guy who killed your mom. Fair enough?" asked Rajveer and Roshni had no option but to agree.
As she took him to meet Siddharth her heart pounded in her chest ,like something was going wrong. She had a very bad feeling about this.
"Here he is!" Rajveer said clapping Sid on the back. Siddharth glanced at roshni who batted her eyebrows as if signalling him.
"Go tie Roshni , Misha!" Rajveer announced making Sid and Roshni shocked. Rajveer enjoyed their faces as Misha struggled to keep Roshni at bay.
"Just get your hands off me ,you good-for-nothing woman." Roshni thundered Misha. Misha held her from her hair and forced her hands in a tight grip.
"Don't you dare hurt her." Siddharth raised his voice in agony when Misha walked towards him. She started touching his face with lust.
"You dirty girl, stay away from him. He is mine!" Roshni's shout echoed as she tried her best to get out and strangle Misha and kill her then and there.
Misha kept on trying to kiss Siddharth when Rajveer shouted,"Stop it you stupid woman. I don't have time to meet your needs. Stand here still or better so get lost!" Rajveer spoke.
And next thing they knew Misha was lying on the floor with blood spilling all around, Rajveer had fired a shot right at her face.
"What the hell did you do? Don't you have a heart? She was working for you.." Siddharth spoke up and Roshni mirrored his expressions.
"Oh please. And what did you two think? I don't get that you're back together or whatever?" Rajveer asked and walked towards Roshni.
He held her face in a tight grip and questioned," Like how do you get so much trust on this coward of a man?" looking at Siddharth.
"He is 100 times worthy than a man like you. I spit on you!" she said spitting at his face and he slapped her , hearing her a roar from the other side.
"RAJVEER!!" Siddharth's voice was so powerful that even Roshni got scared. As Rajveer laughing walked towards Siddharth he had only one thing in mind, murder.
"First , mum and dad. Then Misha and lastly Roshni , how many will die for you baby bro? Don't you feel bad? Come on lets make a cheap deal. Sign on these papers and you both go scot free." Rajveer traded.
Siddharth signed the papers without thinking , his property wasn't important to him. Roshni was a lot more important than anything.
Rajveer was about to walk away when he turned back and said,"Wait. You're gonna die soon right? Why does she live then?"
Siddharth ran across to save Roshni but it was too late, Rajveer had fired the shot towards Roshni. The last thing she remembered was Siddharth's worried face and her caressing it with a smile.
