Chapter 5:
Roshni broke down seeing the documents in front of her.
"Aishaa is my sister", she put her hand on her mouth.
Roshni was devastated. All those years the one she was friends with is her sister.
She took a picture of the documents in case she'll need it in the future. She put the documents back in place.
"Aishaa knew this and she didn't even tell me",She thought angrily.
Aishaa came into the room.
"Hello Sis", Roshni was being sarcastic.
"Why are you looking at me like that?", Aishaa was confused.
"You seriously don't know?".
"Em no are you ok"
"No I am not OK!! You know why? Because I just found out I have a sister!!", Roshni screamed.
"Oh my god,Roshni", Aishaa had tears in her eyes by now.
"Aishaa tumne mujhe bataya kyun nahi?", Roshni broke down.
Aishaa put her hand on Roshnis shoulder for consolation.
"Roshni trust me, I didn't know you were DDs daughter till a few days ago", she cried.
Roshni pulled her into a hug. They cried.
They had so many things in common and they had so many similarities but they never thought they would turn out to be sisters.
"Roshni why did you leave mom?", Aishaa wanted to ask this for a long time now.
"No no I didn't leave her Aishaa. She did. She left us"
"Kya?", Aishaa was shocked.
Then Roshni told her everything.
"Aishaa you know who my kidnapper was? It was her. I feel ashamed to say it was my own mom", Roshni was crying a lot.
Aishaa consoled her. She couldn't believe her own mom could do this.
"Aishaa tum batao? Why doesn't she live with you?"
Aishaa got emotional upon hearing the question.
"When I started growing up she just got too busy in work and I worked for myself and just drifted away from her".
Roshni could understand what she went through.
Roshni put her hand on top of Aishaa's and said "Now we are sisters. No one can beat them"
Aishaa replied with a firm yes.
They went to sleep together.
Other side:
DD went to the kidnapping place to check on Roshni.
She went inside.
There was no one inside, she was stunned.
She was angry. She was in rage.
She called her accomplice.
"Hello, meet me right now at the kidnapping place"
After a few minutes someone came. It was a woman.
DD said "she escaped!"
"I know", the woman said.
"How?", DD was confused.
"I let her go",she said.
"Excuse me? Mrs.Khurrana how could you do this?", DD demanded an answer.
Simran slapped her hard. DD was shocked.
"Because I am a mother. Whatever pain my son will go through I will also go through it! Seeing my son break into tears every day made me feel guilty. I let Roshni go but you know what? I told her to go away far from her because if she stays here then she will get only pain from you. I even threatened her but it was only to make her stay away from you. Roshni was my daughter and always will be because you were never a real mother to her", Simran shouted.
"How dare you!! You got so blinded by love.", DD was still selfish. She didn't think of what Simran said. It didn't make a different.
"No I was blinded by many things. I didn't want Sid to marry Roshni because of my selfishness. I wanted him to marry Aishaa. I was so crazy to think my son could stay happy with someone he didn't love", Simran said out loud.
"Oh and one thing I called Mr.Banerjee to tell him to cancel the marriage", saying this she left.
DD felt like breaking everything. All those words were like a slap. It left her speechless.
Banjerjees house:
"Karan Karan!", Mr banerjee called out.
"Yes papa what is it?", Karan was busy in preparing his marriage with Roshni.
"Son stop preparing! Mrs.Khurana called and she canceled the marriage!"
Karan was so angry on hearing this. He began to break things.
"DAD THIS MARRIAGE WILL HAPPEN", He shouted.
"I will talk to them beta. Stop stop", He managed to calm him down.
Karan had anger problems. He loved Roshni. He demanded to get her and his father. He wasn't even rich. He pretended to be rich.
He wanted DDs money so he pretended to have a deal with her company.
"I need to do something fast!", Mr.Banerjee thought.
"Dad we worked so hard for this. We even drugged Sid and Roshni that night", he said.
"Yeah and you pretended to be Sid and ripped Roshni clothes so it would look like Sid hurt her"
They started laughing recalling that night. They spiked SidNis drink and put Sid asleep. Karan was a look alike of Sid so he pretended to be Sid and ripped Roshni clothes. Then he took pics of her. Roshni was crying seeing him rip her clothes. She was half conscious and half into the drug.
DD was also part of this.
They put a lot of effort in it and now they don't want that to go to waste.
They laughed like maniacs.
"Dad have to say, we are playing the biggest game of all. One side fooling DD and other side fooling Sid and his mom."
It was true.
They were the biggest villains in SidNis life.
Khurana house:
Simran came home. She peeped in Sids room. He wasn't asleep. He was still awake. He was looking at Roshni picture.
She went in.
She made Sid lie on her lap.
"Mom why do we have to go through this", he cried.
Simran was feeling very guilty. She was the cause of all this.
"If I hadn't kidnapped Roshni this wouldn't have happened.", she thought to herself.
The next day:
Aishaa went to school. As soon as she went in she barged into DDs office.
"What is wrong with you.?" , DD asked her.
Aishaa started throwing everything off her desk.
Everything was scattered across the floor.
"Mom I mean Ms.DD Patel why did you never tell me I had a sister?"
DD was shocked.
"Are you talking about.."
"Roshni? Yes I am taking about her.", she interuppted her.
"Because I didn't want to and waise bi what did both of you ever do for me till now. You two are like nothing. Piece of crap. You are worth nothing. If god had given me a son I would've been more happy.", she shouted
Aishaa can't believe she just said that. She was in tears.
"Wow mom", she clapped.
"You really just said that wow! You know what? You don't deserve to have daughters like us."
She went out of the office and slammed the door.
She decided to skip class.
Sid saw her crying.
"There's something definitely wrong with her", Sid said to herself.
Sid looked back and she wasn't there.
"She probably went home", Sid thought and so he went to her house.
He reached it and opened it with the key he had gotten from her.
Roshni was in the kitchen and heard the door. She thought it was Aishaa.
"Aishaa you came so early?", she said out loud.
Sid recognized this voice anywhere.
"Roshni", he whispered.
He went to the kitchen
"Roshni?", he was stunned.
That's it!! I revealed everything except for one thing. You will know why Simran didn't want Roshni to marry Sid after. Its a big reason. If you have any questions ask me. I am forgetful so I might have forgotten something so pucho pucho.
