I don't think she is angry on Sid, I think she could be angry on herself. She must have also known that Ayesha and DD were home. She knows about Sid's plan to bring DD and Ayesha together. I am sure the fire was not a part of the plan. Roshni was calling for both DD and Ayesha, so she knew that Ayesha was left alone with DD. So there is no way Roshni could be angry at Sid for whatever has happened. i didnt watch in the begining ..but Sid planned picnic and left DD n ayesha at home..DD was in kitchen..it caught fire...precap everyone returns..house was full of water n some blood stains...she may be angry on sid for such stupid plan..
