I agree with you both. Sid needs to stop making these kinds of life altering decisions by himself for the both of them. He needs to stop keeping Roshni in the dark all the time because it just worsens the situation. Sid needs to know that marriage is a partnership and not just about a single individual. If he tells Roshni what's going on, both of them can come up with a solution, two heads are better than one.

I agree with everyone and hopefully his will be the last time he keeps her in the dark,he'll need this time to come of this situation and probably going forward he'll include her more . I just wish this problem is solve soon.
