DD could not believe her eyes, Roshni lying the one floor with blood escaping her wrist..."Roshni" she screamed crying, Simran could not believe her eyes"what have I done" she whispered, while Kritika was smiling underneath... for her plan had finally worked both Sid and Roshni was out of the picture...DD rushed her daughter to the nearest hospital...where the doctors tried to save her"please help my daughter, save her, don't let her die"she cried begging the doctors...While in a private room down the hall of the same hospital Siddharth was feeling the pain in his heart like if something had happened to her, he wanted to get out of this place songs can see her...he kept asking the nurses for his wife but they said that he was not married,and how only his mom and sister would visit him...they told him how no young woman by the name of Roshni was here...he was disappointed and fear dwelled up inside of him fearing that something happened to her, maybe that is the reason why she was not at the hospital, maybe that was the reason why he felt this pain in his heart...He then ask the nurse for his family and she replied how their phone was unreachable...he said to leave it...DD began screaming at the top of her voice in the hall, crying her pain away, please save her, please take me instead...Siddharth heard the commotion and was about to go and see what was the matter but the nurse said he was not to leave as the doctor still have to do his check up...so he asked her what was happening outside...she told him someone tried to commit suicide and now she is fighting for her life...the doctors say she won't make it...Sid was sad just listening to the nurse..."I wish if that girl is saved" he said...The doctors started arranging for blood but they were not finding the blood type...when the came across Siddharth file they saw matching blood type...they went straight to his room and check him to see if he was stable enough to give blood...he was indeed strong enough and so they asked him and he said yes...T
Same time DD went to the temple nearby and prayed for her daughter safety... they wheeled Sid into the room where they hooked him up and started drawing his blood...he thought to himself that even if he is awake he is still dead inside but may this girl live and be happy forever...a tear escaped his eye as the doctor had finished drawing the blood and carried him back to his room...They then rushed to Roshni and started. to give her the blood...The doctors were surprised to see how fast Roshni vitals were coming up as soon as Sid blood had entered her system her body was recovering...This is quite a miracle first time have we seen an coma patient be strong to give blood and the patient who got the blood recover at this pace...
It was morning when Simran finally answered the phone and she heard her son was awake, she rushed straight to the hospital...and when she arrived she notice DD sitting
on the chair..."what are you doing here" she asked and DD replied"That Roshni was admitted here after she left their house last night" Simran was shocked to know that Sid and Roshni was in the same hospital room...part of her wanted to unite them now, while the other part was thinking about her daughter happiness...she asked DD how was Roshni doing and Dzd replied how Roshni was stable now...and how a young gentleman donated blood to save her...Simran left her and went to Siddharth room and as she saw her son looking at her tears welled up in her eyes...Her son was awake and looking at her, she had dreamed for this moment for so long now and finally she could actually see him looking at her..."Sid " she said as she ran and hugged him"oh mom please don't cry, I am fine mom, see look I am actually ready to go home " he said "what, you cannot leave yet..it is too soon Sid" said Simran...He replied"No mom I am tired of this room, I heard I was here for four months mom, I want to go, I want to see her mom" Simran smile fell.from her face as she heard how Sid was about to go on another wild search for Roshni, she could not allow him to that, she had finally made up her mind to choose Kritika happiness, she also did not want her son back with Roshni because of that love he had for Roshni he almost died..."Sid I have something to say and it is about Roshni" she said in a dark but shaky tone"What mom, what happened to her mom, please tell me why she is not here"..."She is not here because since the accident she never came to see you, she never did come back Sid...all we heard was that you tried to save a girl and you got harmed"...Sid was shocked he could not believe his what his mom was saying..."What nonsense mom, that is not true " he said with tears in his eyes..."yes it is Sid Roshni did not come even once in these past months" Simran saidntona now broken Sid...and "she even sent you divorced papers Sid" with tears coming down her eyes Simran said...she can see how broken he was once more, Sid was crying when he told her to leave...she was shocked st him and wanted to stay but she knew it would only make things worse so she left him, crying...
Roshni woke up to her mom sitting at her bedside...she ask what happen and DD said "the doctors saved you dear, well not only the doctors but a young boy in the hospital blood saved you"DD said crying and she continued"I am so sorry Roshni, forgive me please, I chose my happiness over yours please forgive me" DD begged, Roshni could not stand to see her mom in this stated hugged her and she cried in her mom arms..."Mom please tell me where is Siddharth ,please, I need him now, I need to see him mom" "Roshni I don't know where he is, i will try to find him but I don't know where Simran has kept him"...Visiting hours were over and DD left her daughter... Roshni remembered her mom saying how a boy saved her life and since she could not leave her room she wrote a note to him and asked one of the nurse to deliver it for her...the nurse was most happy and went straight to Sid room and gave him the note...he read and it said
To my hero thanks for saving my life, because of you I can continue to be the person I love and be with my family, so thank you once more and may god bless, you...

it signed at the bottom which he laughed because his initials were also S.K...so he replied right away and took a rose from one of his bouquets and sent it straight back with the nurse...and as she left he thought to his self how weird the world works to know that his love is gone and he saved someone who can be with their love...
Roshni was kinda amused that she got a rose along with a note, she smiled and thought about Siddharth right away but then those happy thoughts came back to her not.knowing where he was...she opened the note and read
It was my pleasure, not everyday you wake up and hear that your blood is needed...and I am happy you will get to.spend your days with the person you love...

She had a smile on her face as she read it butnthen she stuck on the initials... what a coincidence she thought S.K...her mind went straight away thinking about Siddharth Khurana.."Where are you Siddharth, please come back to me" she said , while Sid was thinking"Roshni I need you ,please come soon...
