The episode starts with Sid holding Roshni close and asking her why she doesn't express her feelings. He tells her to say what she feels so all problems can finally come to an end. DD interrupts them and asks Roshni to go home with her. She also tells Sid to stay away from Roshni. Sid tells DD she'll take Roshni away from him today but what will she do for the rest of the days because wherever Roshni goes, in the end she goes back to him. He says his mom broke everyone's heart and DD broke the relations so everyone thought it was the end of Sid and Roshni but the whole world knows there is no end to any film until the hero triumphs. He tells everyone Roshni rescued him from the clutches of death therefore he has a new confidence in him to fight and when death couldn't separate them then the usual everyday tiffs, arguments and challenges won't be able to harm him. An angered DD looks at Sid as he gives her permission to take Roshni while telling her even if she ties Roshni in a cage then she'll go back to him. Sid tells his dad to make preparations to welcome the daughter in law he was missing for a long time because he's bringing her home soon and he also tells Roshni to make preparations to go back to her husband. He sarcastically smiles at DD and tells her to take Roshni while he blows a kiss to her. DD drags Roshni from the scene but she stops and looks back in tears as she hears Sid wince in pain. However, DD drags Roshni away from there unaffected by the pain Sid is going through. Raj lends Sid some support and Sid tells him he wants to go home because he has found the medicine to his wounds.
Later that night, Roshni is shown with her head on DD's lap while she strokes her head lovingly. DD reminds Roshni about how she promised she would be able to bear everything but she doesn't feel that way because it looks like she's falling prey into his trap again. She tells Roshni it's a serious matter and one wrong move will cost her everything. She asks Roshni to go back. Naani walks in and says she's happy to see Roshni back but DD interrupts her and says they can't be selfish. She asks Naani whether she thinks Sid will sit quiet without retaliating. Roshni apologizes to DD telling her she didn't want to disappoint her but she got carried away by her emotions. She tells DD she didn't think Sid would do something so crazy. DD tells her Sid will do everything crazy and that 's what they should expect from him. She requests Roshni once again to go back to Bangkok but she doesn't want to force her. She advises Roshni to make a decision and whatever decision she make should be the right one.
Raj helps Sid get into bed comfortably while Sid smiles as he looks around the room filled with Roshni's pictures. He tells his dad he finally feels home in the room. Raj tells Sid in order to be a good person, it is very important for one to have a healthy mind and a healthy body. He tells Sid he already has a healthy mind but he'll need to take medication to get a healthy body. While he goes to get the medicine, Sid stops him and tells him to look around the room. He says the room is filled with Roshni's happy face and there can never be a medication for him better than Roshni's smile. Raj smiles and caresses his face telling him the wound he has on his head will only be ridden by the help of medication. Simran walks in with a bowl in her hand as Raj turns to leave. He angrily stares at her for a moment then walks out of the door. She feeds Sid and he holds her hand asking her why she spoke like that. He tells her Roshni was not at fault at all but she is hurt because of her words. Simran asks him to look at the situation from a mother's point of view then he'll feel what she's feeling. She says he made her a stranger but if something has happened to him then she would have been shattered. He asks her how could something happen to him when he has so many people around him who love him. He mentions that he has Roshni's love and his parent's love so no one is a stranger.
Sid tells his mom all she needs is to change the way she thinks then she'll realize he didn't go to Bangkok just for Roshni; he also went for her because due to that trip he finally got to see her love again. He asks Simran why she's not paying heed to him despite loving him so much. He requests her to end everything so they can be a happy family again by starting afresh from the beginning. Sid tells her to bring back the girl who she considers a daughter. In tears, Simran tells Sid she's ready to do everything he says except reform ties with Roshni's family. She tells Sid she won't be able to accept Roshni again. Sid tells her the only reason he's sitting in front of her today is because of Roshni otherwise the family would have been putting garlands over his photo. Simran covers his mouth and starts crying. She tells him to stop speaking of inauspicious things and eat. She also tells him no matter how much he tries to make her agree, she'll not accept Roshni. She walks out leaving the bowl of food behind. Sid holds a pillow with Roshni's picture printed on it and says his mom will have to accept Roshni again. He says no matter how hard his mother and mother in law try to keep him away from Roshni, he won't stop because Roshni will have to go back to him. Sid looks at Roshni's picture and calls her Miss Roshni Patel but then corrects himself and calls her Mrs. Roshni Khurana. He tells Roshni's picture to get ready to go to her in laws. Sid goes to sleep hugging the pillow with Roshni's picture.
Roshni sits in her room and thinks about the incident that took place at the hospital then thinks about what her mother had told her about taking the right decision. The doorbell rings and DD opens the door which shows the client standing outside. DD welcomes them in and the client tells her she knows she said she would visit later but she thought of collecting the necklace since she was in the neighborhood. DD gets nervous then tells her the necklace will be delivered later as she needs more time. She assures them the necklace will be delivered with no problems but the client gets angry and tells DD the necklace was for her daughter's wedding and the date cannot be postponed. She reminds DD of her promise and tells her she should have informed her if she couldn't get the necklace prepared on time. DD tells her she understands but she needs an extra day because she invested a lot of money and didn't even take an advance from them. The woman gets angrier and tells DD she should have asked for money because they would have given it to her. She also asks DD if she values the commitments she makes or not. The client tells DD to keep the necklace because she's going to give her so much bad publicity that she won't be able to get any job. DD tries to reason with her but Roshni interrupts her and asks the client to leave.
Roshni worriedly asks DD why she wasn't informed about what was going on. She tells DD she kept calling but wasn't told about the financial crisis nor the emotional stress she was going through. Roshni says she's ashamed of herself being a daughter and her mother still had to go through so many problems. She tells DD she's made a decision and the decision is that she's not going anywhere. She tells DD she has helped the family enough and now it's her turn. DD asks her what they'll do about Sid but Roshni says she doesn't know anyone named Siddharth. She only knows the man who put her family in the current crisis they're bearing. Roshni says Sid might be the reason she came back but she never thought her family would be going through so much. She says she's not going anywhere because her family needs her. DD tells her Sid won't let go of her easily. They're suddenly astounded after hearing a voice calling out to DD as auntie. They turn around and find Yash standing at the door.
He walks in and tells DD she's right as they can't let Roshni suffer because of Sid so she should go back to Bangkok with him soon. DD smiles seeing him and introduces Yash to Naani. Roshni ask Yash what he''s doing there suddenly and he tells her she also came back in a rush without saying anything. He tells her there's no need to be stressed because he only followed her because he thought she needed a friend. Roshni smiles and he came all the way to India from Bangkok just to see her smile. DD tells Yash to freshen up and join them for dinner. He says he's famished because when Roshni left he didn't eat a thing. Roshni jokes and tells him he should have been an actor not a business man because he's full of drama. Naani is shown worried looking at the duo as she tells DD to help her arrange for food.
In the kitchen, Naani asks DD why Yash has come to India and DD tells her he's Roshni's childhood friend and she was with him for many months. She says he felt like coming so he came. Naani tells DD she sees things which DD is unable to see because her eyes can still see clearly. She tells DD that Yash likes Roshni and DD gets excited but Naani tells her there are going to be many more problems because things will get much more complicated with Yash's sudden arrival. DD gets tensed as Naani tells her that Sid won't let Roshni become someone's else wife. She also tells DD that once a man comes back from the jaws of death then he will no longer fear dying. She says they're talking about Sid who loves Roshni so much. DD tells Naani she's not sure whether what she's saying is true or not but there couldn't be a better person for Roshni than Yash because he took care of her for moths without a motive behind it. She says as far as she knows; she won't let Sid and Roshni get back together. She leaves the kitchen and Naani says no one knows the answer except Roshni because only she knows what's in her heart and as far as she knows Roshni then she knows she only has Sid in her heart.
Yash tells Roshni the man doesn't deserve her because all he does is hurt her. Roshni gets agitated and says she doesn't want to talk about Sid because she's only staying back for her family as they need her and if she stays back then she'll be able to help them. She tells Yash the house will get one more helping hand and she also wants to make her mother proud. Yash rips the Bangkok tickets to pieces and tells her no one is going back because she's not leaving her in that state. He tells her he's now used to her so he won't like any other personal assistance. He says he's going to starts his new clothing line in India so he needs her help but Roshni tries to turn him down. Yash tells him they're best friends so she has to help him and Roshni agrees saying she's only doing it for the sake of friendship. She leaves and Yash thinks that the friendship is only for a couple of days as he's there to change their friendship into another relation. He says he loves her very much and she'll realize it sooner or later that friendship is another face of love. He promises to snatch all her problems from her and give her all the love she deserves. The screen freezes on his determined face.
Precap: Sid and Yash sit together and Sid tells him they've spoken so much nonsense together and even shared a few drinks yet they still don't know each other's names. Yash asks him to introduce himself first. As Sid is about to take his name; Roshni walks into the venue and calls out to him as Siddharth Khurana angrily.
