Durga ma comes in the disguise on an old woman to meet Manuvrat ...Manuvrat was totally shattered and lost ...Durga Ma as an Old woman gives water to him and pumps confidence in him by making him remember all the brave acts of him in the past...Manuvrat was reluctant to talk to the old woman but old woman started talking to him as King Manuvrat and slowly she made him regain his lost confidence ...
Old woman gives gram and jaggery(guud ) as prasad of Durga ma to manuvrat and says that when he is a devotee of Durga ma ,he shd not worry and shd fight against all odds...
In paatal lok kalikeys men torture Rishi Katyan and Narayani ...they threashed Rishi Katyan by a hunter ...and were abt to rub salt on his wounds..Danu and Diti come and stops them from doing that ...danu and diti take Rishi Katyan and Narayani to another room where they talked softly to Rishi and his wife ...they ask Rishi and Narayani to quitely listen to all the orders of kalikey and to handover their child to him...they shd not oppose kalikey...Narayani disgusts at danu and diti and says that they both hv brought shame to their father Daksha and their husband Kashyap...they are a scar at motherhood and one day they will b responsible for the end of asurs...kalikey comes and ask his men to again start torturing Rishi and his wife...Danu and diti got offended at the words of Narayani and agrees to kailkeys decision of torturing Rishi and his wife.

Manuvrat decides to fight back kalikey and release Rishi Katyan and Narayani from him imprisonment ...Manuvrat all dressed up in the warrior costume ...seeks blessings from Durga ma by singing a prayer infront of her idol ...
