Ragini shook her head in negation as she savoured his kiss again. And again. And Again.

A pearl of a teardrop appeared at the corner of her left eyelid as she remembered all those moments, during their heartbreak phase, when all she wanted was to be in his arms and be kissed like this. Like being kissed senseless.

Her lips curled into a smile and she dove into the kiss with full gusto. Oh how she needed him back in her life all this while, how each and every of her heartbeat had clamoured for his love. How every second of her life she had wanted to hold him in her arms, and being anchored to him,

That was it - she thought. He was her anchor, her eternal touchstone.

And she could and would never be away from him. Never Ever.

Their lovemaking this time was furious and passionate, at the same time. As the bitter thoughts of their separation made its presence felt, in their individual minds, their hearts cried out to each other, catalysing them to reach out more.

They were caught in a whirlwind of emotions and feelings - one moment they were launching themselves into each other, careful of not leaving any gap of difference in between, and then, after some time, there was total prevalence of calm and satiety in their very souls. They had reached home finally.

Some time later

Ragini lay with her head over his heart, listening to the steady lub dub of his heart. His fingers combed her back, driving her wild with desire, and she smiled.

She lifted her head and peered into his eyes

'You remembered?' she asked

'Always' he answered back, his smile reaching his eyes and warming her heart.

She reached out and smoothed his hair, which was now sticking out in all directions and said

'We need to go see Agham. He was pretty unwell last night. We may need to take him to a Dr.'

'Hmm' Nachiket responded as he cuddled her more.

Laughing generously, she pushed him away and sat up, unfurling her body and stretching out. His eyes widened with desire, but before he could make any move, she was out of the bed, pulling her robe on.

'Nachiket, you really need to stop being a Baby' Ragini said, as she took in his wounded expression.

Pulling on his Tee, he padded over to her and slipped his arms around her waist, as he responded

'I know. I have to stop being a Baby, but never stop being your Man'

He bent down to kiss her, but Ragini twisted out of his arms and raced to the washroom. Poking her tongue at him, she said

'Man enough to join me for a Shower?'

He closed the distance in a few strides and pushed her inside, closing the door behind them

'You really are a vixen Ragini' his voice rumbled on his throat, as he untied the sash.

'But fortunately, I will never be done with you ...'

They had just showered together ragini was drying her hair when nachiket came out of the bathroom rubbing his hair dry ragini looked up at him and smiled seening him topless droplets of water on his chest she looked away before he could catch her staring he threw the wet towel on the bed "nachiket" he looked at her "we are not at home" she stared at him "i will move it" he grabbed his shirt and put it on he was just about to close the buttons when he looked up "ragini let me"

He walked upto her and took the mangsultra off her and put it around her neck and placed a kiss on her neck. She sighed he then took some sindoor and put it on her maang and kissed her maang. She looked at him and smiled at him he bent down and kissed her. She started doing his shirt buttons "i will go see how aagham is you finish getting ready then bring the bags down please" she looked up at him and kissed him he smiled. She went to go when she turned back "nachiket woh" he looked at her "don't worry i will" and she went out he finished getting ready and grabbed the bags and went down to aaghams room.

Ragini was sat with aagham on the bed nachiket walked in "how is he" "he is better" "dad the car is here" nachiket told ranbir and aarav to put the bags in the car nachiket followed them down ragini walked down with aagham and suhanni they got to the car and sat inside. Ragini made aagham sit next to the window and nachiket sat next to her she leaned in and whispered "nachiket did you" he looked at her "yes darling" he grabbed her hand "i promised did i not last night" she nodded he kissed her hand they were on the way back home but nachiket was already planning his and ragini's next trip their second honeymoon.

That was some serious awesomeness.. Thank you all for those beautiful pieces.

I read it in office first, ran around like crazy in the hallways looking for ways to cool myself down. Please put a warning next time

Read all the parts again now.. still had the same effect.. Thankfully I was all well prepared.😃

The Khannas were back in Mumbai by afternoon.

Ragini had sat with Aagham in the flight - he was still not feeling that great, and everybody was concerned. Aagham was the sunshine in the block; everybody got affected when he didn't smile.

Once home, he retired to him room and lay down, much to the concern of others. Ragini instructed Sunny Tai to prepare some soup for him, and sat down beside him to apply cold compresses. The fever that had subdued last night was rearing up again.

Wiping the water droplets off his face, Ragini earnestly looked into the face of her son. She felt wretched at his discomfort, and her mind flew back to the moments when she had held the twins, one after other, in her arms, following their birth. And again, when he had rushed into her arms in that changing room in Karan's Dhaba, during Nishi's engagement.

Though they were separated for 15 years and more, yet she had never stopped loving him. That kid who refused to stop believing in his parents and their love for each other, even when the grown ups gave up. And fought. And bickered.

She looked up to find Aarav seated on the other side of the bed, caressing his brother's fingers. She smiled at what she saw ... the connection between the twins. Tears filled her eyes as she realised how everybody has lost so much in these long, cruel years of separation.

She felt his presence in the room, before she felt his hand on her shoulder, gripping her tightly.

'Don't worry Ragini' he said calmly.

'He will be fine. I have called for a Doctor'

He knew how angsty and vulnerable she became when any of the children were unwell. After all, she had hardly changed over the years.
