Only thing wrong with Ragini is that she was probably too strict with her kids and they were scared of opening up to her.
I remember in the first episode when Jignesh's parents came to see Neeshi Ragini had created a big scene asking for all the money she had spent on Neeshi's education. Why didn't Ragini try and explain things to Neeshi properly and why didn't Neeshi try to see her mom's POV? I feel at that point, Neeshi desperately wanted to get out of her mom's house.
Pam may be a vamp to us, but she is sweet to Ranbir, Agam and Suhaani.. That's the difference.
Pam gave this 'I am there for you' message, whereas Ragini gave this 'you have to survive on your own like me' attitude to her kids.
