The only reason i am saying N to hire lawyer is, that Suhani is with N and if there is going to be a case it will be against N not R, so the lawyer would be hired by N. Plus N has a lot of money so he can ofcourse hire the best lawyer or even get one from outside to fight his case in India. R would step in to help N and there would be dealings with the lawyer as well. If Ronnie and Madhav are coming in at the same time then chances are he may be a lawyer.
