Dr Neil has many reasons to enjoy the dandia.Its the fun evening before his daughter gets married and there is still time left to start feeling a bit emotional and misty eyed.His Ragini is before him dancing opposite him , and when he switches from reel to real he has happy memories of dandia ras in Ahmedabad during his younger days.Well some people seem to have it all .Not to forget the clawing attention showered on him by Nivedita and the admiring glances of the other women.

Too much of anything is good for nothing, I think that the clawing attention he gets from the girls might have played a major role in the failure of his marriage. As it is its very clear ragini has feelings of insecurity and gets jealous and Put this together with her impulsive, judgemental; coming to a conclusion without knowing head or tail nature, its a dangerous combination a recipe for disaster. And we already know the past has some girl in it who is no more alive
