Part 3 - "Let go"

"What are you trying to do"! "planning to jump out of window room"?..

(Without answering to his sarcastic question, Khushi stand still at Side of Window. No wonder she did thought about, jumping out of window to escape from him. But then seeing the height where she is standing, make her drop the idea).

"I ain't going to jump from here", "but I won't stop in my tries", "to escape from this hell"!.

"Trust me Sweetheart"! "neither I am going to stop you from trying", "Nor I will let you succeed in your tries"!.

(Khushi look at him after listening his words, not knowing how to let her frustration out. Seeing the way he was confident when he said this, it's made her heart crawl in fear and anger. She had seen this look when she filed case against him. When they met at court he was having same look. "None can punish me", "for the crime i didn't committed"!. "None mean's none not even you", "who possess my heart"! She recall his words which he said to her , that day. And he proved his word's always. Letting out a displeased sigh in frustration, she turn her gaze back to out of window).

"why are you doing this to me"?.

"Reason are many but you won't", "care to listen single of them". So I ain't going to waste time and energy"!.

(Taking deep breath Arnav started, taking slow firm step towards her. Reaching close enough to touch her feel her fragrance. He spoke in low tone).

"You fear one day you might lost", "the will and give up on your try to escape". While I fear if I let you go", "I will lose you for forever". "Try to understand we both are", "helpless before the lord of fate our fear"!.

"So you want me to give up now", "but you won't do it yourself"!

"All I mean is one day we will lose", "Either it will be your hatred against me", "or my love for you". "But that is something time will tell", "for now you might be hungry come have lunch with me"!.

"I ain't hungry nor I wish to dine with you"!.

"Careful my love thirst and hunger", "is only thing which drive people insane"!.

(Gripping the wall tightly by her hand, she let out frustrated sigh but didn't said anything. Even though she was hungry already from long. Not wishing for any more argument she just stayed silent. If she won't eat then he don't have , any plan to eat anything either. But he didn't voiced out his desire, of not eating before her it's not like she will care. But again he don't want to manipulate her, so he just walked out of Room).

(Soft Piano tune was being played on background, As Arnav was doing his Exercise in him Gym room. He was Soaked in his own sweet, panting breathlessly busy in lifting weight. As he ponder on the words he heard from Aakash. When he mentioned how he woo Jen by showing"Respect"!"Care"!"Understand"! "Trust"! He found himself going through self-criticism).

"I am acknowledging nothing of them", "nor i'm respecting her wishes". "Neither I'm acknowledging her side by understanding"!.

"You do respect her and care for her understand her", you don't realize but you do!. You are just to Self-centred to really value it!.

"No I'm not, I'm hurting her from the time I met her, I'm constantly violating her right as human! I don't even trust her to be left on own!.

"You do trust her strong stamina to escape you, you respect her is very reason you hasn't crossed limit with her!.You do understand her very reason you hasn't taken extreme step to hurt her!.

"If I do then why I'm not getting way to her heart? Why I'm not able to woo her?.

"You are putting no effort to woo her At all yet", "without doing anything how you supposed to woo her"!.

(Arnav was never the guy from start to, expressive about his emotion And action. He had gone through tough life, but who doesn't Anyway but this had him. Very much collective about his emotion. And most importantly way to express them, he won't react soon he won't say anything soon. In other eye he is rude first class jerk who care about none. Who find no one worthy enough to earn, his time money emotion words and view. NO ONE. Being businessman his single second is reserved for some or other things but he don't care about anything now. The only thing he care about is the girl ,who is up in room starving herself because of him and his action. Torn between his desire and her's by mind and heart. Knowing money and expensive gifts, can't make him woo her. So he thought to go with, what he can do on his own).

"What the f**k you think of yourself huh"? "I told you I don't want to eat anything"!.

(Arnav felt dishearten but he didn't dare to let it evident. He wasn't expertise in culinary, hence he failed thrice when he try to cook her favourite dish after three bad attempt he finally succeeded, but here forget about gaining appreciation, his Work was ruined in second as every dish cook by him laying on floor. No when he cook he didn't expected any appreciation by her for his cooking, but he wanted her to eat something he didn't wanted her to Starve herself he didn't reveal he is the one to cook. He get success to woo her or not , but she do get success to break his hopes. He glance around the room which look like suffer from disaster. Then down at food Life has taught him hard way not to take anything for granted and seeing the meal being wasted he felt like punishing himself only. Sighing deeply he step closer to her crushing glasses further by his shoe. And within few big dominating step he stand before her).

"It took to much to build either it's thing or relation", "but to Less to break and destroy"!.

(Making her captive of his hypnotic blue hazel colour cold eyes. He made her confused and lost by his words he was so close to her that he can hear her wildly beating heart. And she can feel his warm breath on her face. And both of them can shower in each other scent. They both continue staring at each other paying no heed to their closeness. She was lost in his words she had heard he behave how other behave with him. Will he break her destroy her like she break his hopes destroy his room. Will he tear her heart to mould it back accordingly to his wish. She hadn't betray him she have no interest in him. Then why his words his action his look making her feel guilty. Why every time she look at his eye and find herself drowned in the ocean blue hazel eye which is deep with so many secret. When she have no interest then why one look in his eye. And she want to know him and his every secret of life. Before she comprehend her further a gasp escape from her).

"Aaah what the hell"? "put me down dammit"!.

"I appreciate your effort to break and destroy everything here", "but I can't let you stay in mess and get yourself hurt"!.

"I don't care what you want", "put me down you ba***d"!.

(Kicking her feet in air she punch him rapidly by hands, but it made no effect on him. He continue walking out of room carrying her in Arms. Feeling her close damn close were the call for his. Bloody sense to get the beast out who can't act according to her but his own worse won't be in his control either. So instead of relishing the moment of her having in his arms, by walking slowly he walked faster to reach another of his mastered bedroom. And laid her down on bed without wasting second).

"If you want the tour of this mansion in my arms", "Then feel free to spoil this room my love"!.

(Saying this he step in bathroom to freshen up. Exhausted by crying struggling physically and worn out by mind and heart dishearten by every failed attempts made her push into deep slumber. Standing under the shower, he starred thinking about his act his emotion which was on sheer mess).

"Lacked ways and time money isn't concern", but it's of no use before her what to do"!.

"Being good lead no where you learn this hard way", "then why to waste anything do as she think you"!

"If she isn't leaving her stand then how can you leave your stand"? "of treating her with patience love and care", you do know force isn't way to have her"!.

"You already force her to stay with you". "There is no use to play patience card anymore do what you are best at”, “Then the success will be at your feet of wooing her"!.

(Realising this is only way left for him he closed his eyes. But he didn't wanted to give in his mind view. It's heart case he don't want involvements of mind which is way to practical admit let him get he desire but. It's not some business deal or rival dirty ploy. Deciding to wait more and stand by his previous view, he step out of bathroom in loose pant white transparent shirt. His gaze travelled on bed where she was laying sleeping calmly. with warm smile playing on face he walked closer to bed he was yet to buttoned his shirt dry his hair but he didn't care. Sitting on bed besides her being careful not to wake her up. Studying her features let his index finger started caressing her face).

"why you are on Earth angel"? "So delicate & mesmerizing though I have you so close", I can touch you i can feel you yet". "I won't, I can't, I have you, yet you are far from my reach, so far from my feeling my soul my touch”!. Why"?

(He whispered lowly afraid he may wake her up, knowing if he stay more with her he may end up doing something. He then pulling the blanket over her he pick up his cell and walked out of the room. As soon he stepped out a tear slid out of her eyes, as she sat up on bed. She recall how he try to earn her apology).

Past

(Sitting on chair, staring at the greenery, alone with thoughts, A content smile was playing on lips sharing positivity. Though the constant shift of face from nature's sight, to wrist watch then Entrance of Seabelle restaurant. Was enough to convey she's waiting for someone).

"Spit out why you called us here Khushi"?.

(Two girls ask at same time, placing their bags on table, startling Khushi ,who was now busy checking th menu to know anything new or special cuisine added. She Shakes her head then replied knowing they're far from basic formalities).

"To share the good news"!.

(Stated Khushi with raised brow smiling Mischievously, at her two friends, they both glance at each other then finally yelled in union making Khushi to place her hand on ear).

"Finally Daniel propose you"!.. isn't it"?.

(From where he came"? Thought Khushi inwardly, while frowning at the reply of her besties. But then seeing their eager look she replied back in calm tone).

"I wish he did"!.but no he didn't"!.

"Why don't you do it then"?..

"Confession can end our friendship to Sophie”! If he doesn't love me"!..

"He does I'm sure"!."At least tell him"! At least there won't be any regret later"!.

"I second you Lynna"!. But for now tell us good news Khushi"!

"I got promotion"!..

"What really"?..

"Yes that's why I call you guys here"!..

(Lynna and Sophie glance at each other nodded as they knew Seabelle Resturant is their one of favourite place they come here whenever they're sad or Happy. Ready to share anything, the restaurant has witness their low and high of life. Minute later they gets up and hugged her and whisper excitedly).

"That's call for celebration where's our treat"!..

"You wi..

(Getting Released from their huge smiling she was about to reply to them about treat. But get interrupted by server, who called out her name he was new hence wasn't acquainted with her like the rest of restaurant people does. She titled her head stared at him he was holding a box in hand glancing at her and her friend in confusion).

"Excuse me Miss Khushi Gupta"!..

"It's me"!..

"This is for you Mam"!..

(Forwarding the Box he placed it on table, then out of courtesy waited to hear her reply. As she glance at the box suspiciously "For Khushi Gupta"! Her name was mentioned but not the sender name).

"Who sent this"?..

"I apologize Mam!. "I don't know"!. "I was ask to deliver it to you"!.

"Let's see what's this then we can figure out it's from Daniel or you have secret Admirer"!..

(Whispered Lynna Mischievously in her ear and proceed to open the box before Khushi could stop her, it was opened by Lynna, the sight earned her gasp of surprise from Sophie. There was necklace in the blue card box).

(Before her friend awe at the sight of it more she closed the box upon sighting a small card, opening it she read the content).

"I overlooked your happiness in an attempt to make myself happy"!

Only to realize that my happiness lies in yours. "With a bruised heart, deflated ego, sad soul, head hung low in remorse.

"I apologize"!.

(Folding the card she open the box, shoved it inside them spoke turning towards the waiter).

"Placed it from wherever it was found"!..

"Khushi you are crazy do you know this is"!..

"The Hope Diamond Most consider as well-known diamonds in the world, it has a long & supposedly cursed, history. It's said to have originated in India, was first owned by King Louis XIV of France in 1668 before it was stolen and later appeared in the English royal court”! I’m well aware about it"!.

(The waiter was shocked at her act, but more surprises to hear her reply, he assume it to be ordinary necklace but get quite impressed by the beauty of it. He was sure the girl won't return but accept it. But he was left stunned by her reaction. Not only him but Lynna and Sophie were surprised to).

"Then why"?..

"I don't even accept the chat request of stranger"! "You wants me to accept expensive present from Stranger"?

(Her friends stared at her, then look elsewhere, they knew her well to know she won't encourage such a act of anyone. That to when the sender doesn't has courage to reveal his identity. The waiter Understanding her point walked back with the box to placed it from the place he found as sign of rejection. Though Khushi knew who send this precious Necklace but she didn't wanted to reveal it to her friend that it's none either Than "Anav Singh Raizada”. He's only one to seek apology for his De***ble act with her. And he does look rich enough to bring such a expensive Jewel in regards to gain forgiveness).

Present

"I don't care, when I ask you just do it!. Without question!

(Hearing loud voice of some argument, she comes to present clutching on the bed-sheet. She vow inwardly).

"I didn't forgive you in past, won't do in present! "Forget about sowing seed of love in heart which is dead!.

(Her heart started beating wildly, hearing loud Firm dominating footsteps. She waited with breath hitched and soon the door opened and Arnav stepped in).

"You wants to leave right?..

"Huh ofcourse!..

"Then get ready! You can leave!.

"Wh what? Are you serious?.

"Yes! I'm allowing you to leave only on one condition!.

"Condition? What condition?.

"You have to answer few of my query honestly truthfully!. Denial will close your path to leave as well!.

(Khushi stared at him surprisingly, as he approach further, sitting on recliner he stared at her way, but avoided gazing in her eye. She was confused what change his mind why such a condition? If few answer could provide her freedom from him then she's ready to answer anything. But could she trust him? Do you have any option? And why he will lie on this? When he can simply use other mean way to get you answer anything he wants? Perhaps because he know I won't answer him truthfully? And what big secret or anything you know that's not worth sharing? Her mind questioned her, where's her heart was in conflict what if this is just a trick?. As she was lost in thoughts Arnav was lost in past when he saw her second time but failed to approach her).

Past

(Sitting inside the car, at vacanat road, throwing the cellphone back on seat, a guy stared out of car, The sky was layered with black cloud and The Drizzling rain mixed with Soil was creating", an Amazing Atmosphere"!. Feeling bored he stepped out of car not bothering about the rain).

"Did the car gets repaired"?.

"Not yet"! Oh Heaven why you step out of car"?...go in the car It will get fix in few minutes"!.

"I know you just wish", "to enjoy this Rain alone". But you know what"? I won't let you fool me"!

(He grinned at the Old men, who was working to Repair the car, but then the old men chuckled lightly at his words. but soon he get distracted by yell, because of rainfall he couldn't hear clear, assuming people are in trouble. Distracted he moved towards the direction the voice came from meanwhile).

" get in Shed"!..you will caught cold"!

(The Girls yelled in union standing under the shed, urging the other to stand under shed to, but ignoring their words she was out under the open sky, Enjoying the cool breeze and Rain fall. They were waiting for their cab when rain started and they hide under the shed. To prevent themselves from getting wet. But she being Rain lover much to her friends dismay stepped out to enjoy it. She was twirling on ground, splashing the rain here there).

"Just close your eye, feel the drop of this water it"!..

"It purifies our soul and make us feel alive"!

(The guy added along the lines, cutting her in mid, Their view were similar ,reaching closer he felt urge to see the face, "when he finally saw her , everything stopped around him again, his heart started beating at wild speed". He couldn't look elsewhere, to lost in the beauty of angel. stepping behind her soaked in rain he whispered unknowingly just in her ear)

"il mio miracolo il mio angelo"!

(Hearing the voice startled, the girl was about to turn around to see the person. But get her wrist clutched by her friend got dragged to other side. She looked at his side, to see his face but the heavy rainfall didn't let his reflection clear to her. Standing under the sky on mid of road, getting Soaked in rain).

"I will get you soon"!. il mio miracolo il mio angelo"!..

I'm glad Arnav did not decide to act on his mind's desire and listened to his heart. Khushi carries quite a grudge in her heart but I don't blame her.

Some parts of their past are opening. Seems like they had quite a few meetings... knowingly or unknowingly. And the apology diamond that Arnav sent was for the first incident? Or for something else that is yet to be revealed?

Because I didn't know Khushi was aware that this man was Arnav Singh Raizada when he forcefully kissed her. So, did she get to know him later on?

I'm waiting for their past to get disclosed. Meanwhile, what is Arnav interested in knowing from Khushi? And will he really let her go if she answers?

I'm intrigued. The mystery keeps deepening and you have laid the plot quite well 😳.
