Of course, his caution is justified. But at the same time, his uncontrollable urge to question her each time he sees something he doesn't like is what needs to be addressed. And that is what Khushi made him realise.

Yes, Arnav is after all, only human. He is facing his insecurities and trying to overcome them because he realizes how they can harm his relationship.

On the other hand, Khushi realises his love for her. And through her own growth, tries to make him see what he doesn't want to.

Btw I just had different take on remarriage on the show because they were legally married. Arnav was doing it only for Khushi's happiness so why would anyone accuse her of anything when Nani and Anjali themselves let him Live with La without marriage.
So hope you address this aspect in this story as the main reason Khushi went away is the babies. Whenever the families meet when they do see the babies the issue would still arise.

I am really glad that you liked the story, and how it has progressed over the last chapters.

As for your questions, the harsh embrace is a reference from the show, and the numerously times Arnav manhandled Khushi when he was angry, or jealous, or wanted answers. Even when he had already confessed to her that he loved her.

About the family, I will come to that very soon. So, that shall be answered in the upcoming chapters. However, I'm glad you shared your take here. Yes, they were legally married. But that contract ended with the six months of marriage coming to an end. So, they would have had to at least marry legally again.

As for the families, while Nani and Anjali may be supportive of them, the Guptas have been known to be more conservative. And due to their traditional roots, they give more weight to the society. While the main reason for Khushi to go to Shimla was of course, the babies, her family and society not accepting her was one aspect of it. Which I feel, is unfortunately true for any woman who would decide to take this decision.
