OMG YES! You had him voice his thoughts out loud to how he could have used his resources to find information on Shyam a lot earlier. But I believe Shyam was the catalyst. Arnav would still 'mentally tortured' Khushi because he would have to put himself out there to her and vulnerable Arnav will not go pass arrogant ASR.

Yes, she was not going to be vocal with her admittance of fault right now. But that moment she knew that she will not be her bossy self with these two after this, and she would most certainly start this by calling them by their real names for a change.

Mami! I expected her to be reluctant to admit her faults or mistakes. You cant have one confession of sins/pointing your faults from your favorite nephew to change your demeanor towards your targets. It will be slow and steady but isn't the road less traveled that makes all the difference (FROST). Manorama Bond turning a new leaf (or tree for that matter).
