So, going by that post by Team SaRun, it is only a promo that the duo shot for?

Glad im not the only one who picked up on that. Barun's PR, and other sources had confirmed it already though.

& im also confused like TS why would anyone do a new promo with new footage? I dont think SP does anything w/o benefits. They think the new promo will create a surge in the international audience. But then i dont see a point in the stars kind of getting typecasted in a prior show and their characters.

I can't comment about the actors. But even if they did the promo shoot only for nostalgic value, I don't see SP spending money on a new promo shoot without some agenda. The channel is almost ruthlessly money-minded. The show is already a huge success on every platform that they have launched it on. And, they made do with old clips for promos, quite well, all this time. Dubai event seems to have triggered this, but I still don't think this is it. One possibility is that they're testing waters as to how this pairing will be received now. Or, I am just reading too much into this.

@bold add to that the Actors taking time out n shooting for a promo or clips when they could have effectively used that time for FRESH opportunities. Also reviving the old Chemistry and that too a power- packed one when they are " on the verge " of making a foray into a new show with another actor, per say, and creating new Chemistry 😆

For me the dots don't add up, atleast not as of now. And what was that shooting in the park 😕

@bold if we go by logic this is most plausible reason for the actors to even think of "reviving " the old chemistry. I could be totally off the mark but the actors could use this time so seek more work and make a pairing with another actor and create new chemistry with different people 🥱.unless there is more than Just a promo for them, could be even a webseries or episodic sorts, of finite duration of course which doesn't tie them up for too long.

Actually that is the only thing that oddly sticks out in the whole thing. The shoot with mamiji and akshay would have been for Ipk reunion. But this ArHi song sequence for only nostalgic purposes.. 🥱 it sounds too fishy!

Or are SP dumb enough to pack up IPK with this reunion and wants to stop all their demands instead? But it's silly of SP if they even contemplate it. This reunion after 3years when dubai event happened. The planning for 1month ++ also!

I also feel the same ... the pic posted by that director was also leaked on purpose I guess ... Out of all people why will the director post the pic?? Wasnt he informed that everything should be kept under tight wrap?? And who the hell from SP saw the post in early morning and asked him to pull it down immediately?? 😆
