Shyam is crushing the rose petals with his hand in anger. He throws the flower on their bed with so mush despise. He is fuming like fire. When Khushi enters the room, Anjali carefully make her sit on the bed. She spreads the circumference of her ghagra on the bed, just like a newly wed bride sits on her suhaag raat bed, eagerly waits for her husband. But here, she is in tizzy anticipating Arnav's reaction. Anjali tells her that she is calling Arnav. khushi looks at her in a jolt hearing his name. Shyam is grimacing seeing her as Arnav's dulhan. Before leaving the room, he ogles Khushi lasciviously. Unfortunately Arnav enters there right then, what instigates him more. He glares at him with flagrant eyes, as if to kill him with his bare hand. Shyam also looks at him angrily. How dare he, giving angry glare at Arnav, where he is living in his parapet and leading profuse life on his money. It seemed that Arnav was about to say something, but can't say anything as Anjali calls him. So shyam leaves the room. Arnav shuts the door and looks at the resplendent beauty, who is waiting for him surrounded by the flower strings around.Again, he looks at his beautiful bride intently, as if he there is no contempt. Seeing him Khushi gets down from the bed. Arnav's resentment comes back in a jiffy. He tells her with gritted teeth,

After releasing his frustration on the lifeless objects, his anger subsides a bit. So he moves towards the sliding door of the poolside. Again he fights with his ego and finally his ego lost to his love or can I say humanity. At the sound of the door, Khushi lifts her head in a jolt. She is looking derelict and crest fallen. He throws the comforter on her with so much loath. Khushi just doesn't take his mercy, she removes the comforter from her body and looks at him with teary eyes. A bevy sensation is rampaging through her body, scorching her to the very tip of her nerve. There is resentment, despondence, grief , abhorrence and disbelief in her eyes. She just can't imbibe the reason f his rancor. Poor girl, doesn't have any idea, what is her guilt. Arnav is in embroilment. He sits down on the chaise, squeezing his hands in perturbation. Khushi looks at him with eyes full of pain and he is also stealing glances at her. Both of their credence has been trampled tonight. Both are doused with avalanche of misery, pure, cold unforgiving, unrelenting.
Gosh I can't type, I'm sobbing again. Why there is so much pain in their love? Why I love them so much that their pain is piercing my heart severely.
Another tempestuous day has passed, the morning sun evanesces the gloomy night. But the gloominess of Arnav and Khushi's heart will not over so soon. Arnav dazed off on his chaise, where Khushi is in deep slumber on the stone cold floor by the poolside. Her head is rest on the edge of the pool. Khushi wakes up by this time. When she finds that Arnav is carrying her in his arm, she tells him to leave her. Arnav puts her down inside the room and tells her that Anjali is at the door. He starts to clean up the mess what he did in anger last night. He tells Khushi to remove something from her head. Khushi doesn't get what he meant. There is a leaf on her head. When khushi can't remove it, he removes the leaf from her head. He tells her to hurry, otherwise Anjali may suspect something. Like a bravado Khushi retorts him,

(Sanaya's voice is still broken. Since two days her voice has been dubbed by somebody else, as she completely lost her voice. Finally she got her voice back)
Our khushi is not a helpless woman of hindi soaps. She is chivalrous and doesn't endure oppression without protest.
Arnav who was cleaning the bed, listens to her, but doesn't answer her. There is no time to fight now, as Anjali is waiting at the door for a long time. He just opens the door to let her come in.
Anjali brought a saree for her. she tells her to wear it for the chauka poojan. She is still looking upset. But at least she is providing clothes for her. Otherwise what Khushi would've worn. Poor girl, even didn't have clothes to wear.
In the kitchen mami is establishing her entity over Payal. She is sitting on top of the counter, eating and instructing Payal. Poor Payal is enduring mami's asperity silently. When she intends to use the oil, mami forbids her to use oil, as all the food of Raizada house are prepared only by ghee (clarified butter). She taunts her that this is not her bua's house, which is like a refugee camp. Payal runs here and there in the kitchen to look for ghee and mami intentionally misguides her to give her trouble. Finally she could find the precious ghee after rummaging for a while. By the way, if they eat food prepared only by ghee then they all will die young for sure. I don't want my man to die so young. 😃If I meet Khushi I'll definitely tell her to use olive oil instead of ghee.
When Anjali enters the kitchen with Khushi, mami comes to stop her. She tells her that she agreed for the grah pravesh for her sake, but she can't allow Khushi in the kitchen. Anajli tells her, then how her chauka poojan will be done.

Anjali tries to make her understand that they are all upset about how their marriage took place. But as Khushi has become the member of the family, she has to perform the customs. mami is still obdurate. So nani comes and berates mami. The way Payal has performed the rituals, same way Khushi will do it.

All leaves two sisters alone in the kitchen. Khushi is looking for mustard oil. Payal silently passes the oil to her. khushi thanks her but payal is still taciturn. Khushi intends to talk to her, but Payal doesn't. Khushi gets emotional to see her sister's nonchalance. She starts to cry and tells her to yell her, rather beat her, but she shouldn't stop talking to her. After all she is her loving jiji. Payal avoids her, remains busy in her work. Khushi follows her, pleading again and again to talk to her. She wants to say whatever happened, she doesn't. Payal snatches her words and asks,
Then what you? If you really want to do something for me, tell me, why did you do this?
Khushi cries, but can't answer her. How can she say that, she did it to save her marriage.
Payal gets upset. She says,
