The last hindi soap I watched was Kusum...then I swore off hindi television when ms.kapoor took over. Then one fine day mr.arnav singh raizada walked on screen and into my life.
IPK is the first and only show that I have been so crazy about that like you Indi, I still watch reruns, joined a forum, sent protest emails and read endless stories...and yes wrote a few also!
Call it their chemistry or just there mere presence but Arnav and Khushi were, are and always will be a force to reckon with.
I was just watching the episode yesterday. ..the first suhagraat after the hate marriage and one thing hit me...these guys didn't need dialogues...they didn't need unnecessary drama and camera angles...just their eyes conveyed so much...the sheer power in them said more than any dialogue writer ever could.
Thanks for this post Indi and the lovely pictures at the end...you just reminded us why we love this show so much.

How they brought out the best in each other. His physical vigor and emotional lability in perfect harmony with her mental resilience and physical fragility. His big dark hands around her delicate translucent ones, their eternal gazes constantly evoking fantasy with sensory effects, Arshi is celebration of life in itself. Thanks for the beautiful post.

hi libranangel,

thanks for coming by... oh this mr arnav singh raizada, he has really made us do things we never thought possible hasn't he 😆. yes, they had this thing between them, indescribable. and the suhaag raat... on blast from the past we just went past that, i am still to reach there, but i can almost feel the tremors in my heart... just a look was enough... tore into us. or thrilled and made one giddy... what a jodi... almost a year done and we are still there with them somehow.

thank you for reading and the lovely post. 😳

Hi Indi
Yes I totally agree. I think this jodi as Khushi and Arnav beat the finest jodis in the Bollywood/Hollywood. They gave me goosebumps and I think about them at night.( silly of me but its true). They have taken chemistry to another level. Seema

Indi, beautiful post and the fabulous edits are a feast for the eyes! Their chemistry is beyond magic. Barun and Sanaya are exceptional actor and actress. I think you were compelled to write this because you missed them so much. We all do! As their careers move on a different path, we still hope someday they will work together again. They are the best Jodi and will remain unforgettable. Thanks for the PM!

Going crazy over your edits! 👏
Yes, we burn with them! 🤢

Hi Indi,
Wonderful post, simply told and the pics speak for themselves
IPK was a team effort, the entire ensemble cast, the direction, script and dialogues and the music was top notch, but what Barun and Sanaya brought to the table was something that just took each scene to a different level and made it mesmerizing and magical.
They could be romantic, passionate, funny, cute or screaming their head off at each other but each time they managed to soak in the viewers and build a connect with the audience which was unparalleled IMO.
I wish them both the very best in their careers as well and hope they find success and appreciation in all their future projects but Arnav and Khushi will be forever special and a big thanks to Barun and Sanaya for bringing strong characters etched on paper to life so beautifully😳. I can re-watch their scenes anytime of the day or night and it always manages to uplift my mood and make me smile😛
